Secluded little restaurant just next to Half Moon beach. Serving daily specials (check the chalk board outside) such as Curry Goat (I can recommend!), stewed pork and coconut shrimp as well as lovely burgers. All came with a range of sides (coleslaw, rice, side salad and potato salad). Perfect location, definitely worth seeking out.

We've been visiting here for 3 years. It is NOT sophisticated, a wooden shack with no windows but it's the ideal atmosphere for the nearby swimming/surfing Half Moon Bay. They do great burgers, authentic ethnic food like curried goat and beers. All manner of unusual flags pinned to the walls. I would give it 5 stars if it was not... More

We just got married at Half Moon Bay, Smiling Harrys was the natural place to get out of the sun and grab a bite to eat after the ceremony. The food is excellent, they offer lots of local dishes all at reasonable prices. Thanks to Giselle, we will see you next year.

Although I have been coming to Antigua for thirty years, and visiting Half moon bay on virtually every visit I have never before stopped to eat at Harry's. This time it was Sunday lunchtime and the whole family wanted to stay and eat as the restaurant was lively and the food looked superb. We were not disappointed!! We shall be... More

Whilst Harry Thomas, God rest his soul, aka Smiling Harry is no longer with us, his spirit lives on at his restaurant through his friends and daughters. Situated on the approach road to Halfmoon Bay. It isn't so often that a tourist can introduce a local to something truly fantastic, but that is exactly the privilege that my wife and... More

This was a great and simple place to eat like a local, not too pricey either and next to our favourite beach on the island.

We had the Sunday buffet, pumpkin soup, a selection of meat and fish with a variety of side orders. Delicious and excellent value. This is a great place serving home-cooked food. Highly recommended.

After morning on the Beach best way to finish is lunch at Harrys. Harry passed but his daughter is keeping the traditionext of great local food at reasonable prices. We have been coming here for over 20 years!

This was Harry's place but now it's run by his daughter and her husband and it's just so wonderful, friendly and has the most amazing view over Half Moon Bay, Antigua. Now called the Beach Bum Bar and Grill the food is wonderful, fish in delicious garlic sauce, chicken wraps and burgers. Heaven!

Got lost on the island whilst driving out, then found Hal moon bay, Smilling Harry's was positioned on the left as you head to the sea. 2 local ladies were running this open air local restaurant, you chose which stew you wanted, turkey, pork or lamb and this came with rice, salad, coleslaw, macaroni salad & steamed vegetable which I...
