Really good value for money, friendly staff and excellent, delicious food. Highly recommended. Good size portions. We will be back.

The Woolly Sheep had a great selection of Timothy Taylor ales. For a group of real ale drinkers this was a great pub. Also, there was a good selection of other beers/lagers too. Nice decor, plenty of seating areas. I would definitely recommend it!

Didn't eat but the choice of beers and the quality was spot-on. .. ask for a taster if you're not sure. The bar is all you could expect of a Dales pub.

Very poor, very little difference between the large and standard meals, chips seemed like they had come out of the microwave, little white fish under the batter, much better cheaper places in Skipton, will not be going again!

Lovely pub that offeres great food. The quality is very good. My advise is book in advance as it can be busy. Also go there when hungry as the portions are generous. I will go again.

If you're bitter, scarred and twisted from the awful soggy greasy battered fish in the UK, then do whatever it takes to come here. Seriously. In TWENTY years, this is the first & only nice fish & chips I've had! #nojoke The fish is CRUMBED!...More
