Not really much else to say to be honest average service from averagely interested staff used to dealing with people drinking average £2.25 a pint beer all day. Sorry its how it was.

I thought I already reviewed this but maybe not! Fair priced pints, great lunch deals, genuine staff and even the town's couple of inebriated regulars are endearing. I honestly love coming here with the kids for lunch. Great seating area outside. Never disappoints for pub...More

We dropped in for a drink after visiting Carrickfurgus Castle. Great location near the harbour and usual Wetherspoons fare. Good value.

Cannot fault the food or wines available here. Prices and value amazing. Staff friendly and very efficient but the premises are run down, dirty and in need of a total refurb. The toilets are filthy, broken and disgraceful. This from a company who pride themselves...More

I was tempted by the sausages and champ. 804 calories, the menu said. I never count. "Three award-winning pork sausages, caramelised onion & ale gravy, Maris Piper champ, peas" it also said. I liked it a lot. With me someone had a fish that was...More

This bar has its highs and lows, however seams lastly to be racing to the bottom. From stinking toilets to untrained managers it just keeps getting worse by the day. For a while they were pushing craft beer, and I thought that was great, now...More

Hi Dave Thank you for your comments, unfortunately we have limited control over what draught products we have available and with limited space this sometimes leads to products being dropped to accommodate national product launches. Farmageddon is a bespoke product that we have sourced in...More
