Appalling service - called up for a take away - because we didn't give the EXACT dishes appearing on the menu ended up paying over £8.00 more than expected!! Any other restaurant would have pointed out that a couple of changes would have made a big discount. I do like the food but have eaten in on several occasions and... More

This place use to be really good, what`s happened? Terrible service. Incorrect order. Small portions. COLD food. Over priced.

Recently had a takeaway from here - the £20 special. its is a restaurant and takeaway I have used frequently and apart from the slowish service the food is usually the best Bangladeshi in Ripon. Not this time - absolutely tasteless - have they changed the chef!!!

We ate here one evening on our way through Ripon on the way of the Roses coast-to-coast bike ride. It is one of the cheaper restaurants in Ripon, and as it has no license, you just have to bring your own beer/wine/Prosecco, et cetera. The staff were very friendly and service was very swift. There is a wide range of... More

Four of us went on Friday night, we ate early at seven o clock, the waiter who served us was very friendly and efficient the starters arrived quickly, the onion bhajis were very good and the dips with poppadums we ok as well. Our mains arrived after a short wait which was just right timing and all four were fine.... More

We were in Ripon for the weekend and seeing how popular this was decided we had to try it, we opted for Sunday evening. It was still busy. The first thing to note is that you need to bring your own alcohol, the food was very tasty, the portions were of average size. From a taste perspective, this was one... More

This is the second time that I have been to this restaurant. On the whole the food has been very good, however I would like it to be a little warmer when served. My only gripe is with the time it takes between courses. We waited about 1hr between our starter and main course which spoilt what was a lovely... More

This place is modern but comfy, and served the best chicken rogan josh I have had for years!! I told the waiter to tell the chef. It isn't licensed, but you can take your own beer or wine in, they don't mind.

This is an interesting place to eat Firstly, it has no alcohol license so if you want wine or beer you must bring your own This is not displayed anywhere which is not helpful but there is a sainsburys round the corner Secondly this is budget dining The food isn't actually that bad. What we had was all edible very... More
