I do like a nice Chinese takeaway, I have never used the restaurant as I prefer to take the food home, but it looks very nice. Good food, good portions, very very quick service.

Maybe it was an off day but I didn't think we got value for money or good service when we called. It was after 8pmand not a nice night out - we had driven over 200 miles and were really looking forward to a nice take-away. Well we got the takeaway but not the nice. I was surprised as we... More

We were fed up with chowder, seafood and Guinness and steak pies so thought we'd go for a Chinese instead. There was ample choice on the takeaway menu. We had the set meal for 2 which at €28 was excellent value. I went to collect and it was ready in 15 minutes. Large portions and the tastiest food I've had... More

The food was absolutely amazing! We both cleaned our plates! The staff was friendly and helpful, though we were the only ones inside. We would definitely go back!

Surely everyone tires of fish and chips/Irish stew/burgers after a while...This is a surprisingly sophisticated Chinese restaurant, large and comfortable, mid-range prices. No music! Big choice on menu and pleasant service.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Food was very good. Service was ok. Kids seemed like a bit of an inconvenience to them! Reasonable price for good food.

We enjoyed the food although it was very, very hot!. There were only 3 other people there. Reasonable value for money.

This was a welcomed change from the usual Irish food we have been having during the past week, or so. The service and food were very good, even if the wonton soup was a bit on the salty side. However, it seemed strange to have the option of "chips" instead of rice with meal! Also, the price was a bit cheaper... More

The place was very cold and empty when I arrived, the staff were very friendly and brought a heater beside my table, had spring roll for starters.....good size portion but bland, then two customers arrived and the heater was promptly removed and given to the new customers! Waited for The Crispy Duck that I ordered in my coat! It was... More

Dining choices in Dingle in February are always limited, but Tir Na Rí is always open (the name means King's Country in Irish) We were the only diners when we visited and the place was a bit cold but the food was very good. Nicely cooked and full of flavour. The prices reprsented good value and the service was very... More
