Went there with my fiancé and parents. We had already visited the place as we were looking at wedding venues and decided to try the food. Well... it didn't disappoint, we were all very happy with it, the service was good and the staff friendly. I would highly recommend!!!!

Went here with my family on Sunday. It was our first time every there & our last. Beef was dry & potatoes cold. Decided not to have dessert when no one even questioned my un eaten lunch? Just took it away. Very disappointed.

The place was so scattered in a bad way. The rooms stank of damp and we're cold and crappy. The staff weren't too pushed about the guests. The place was supposed to be wheelchair friendly and I couldn't that it was at all. There were single glaze windows and the place was just not suitable for a wedding. The car... More

We got married in Barnabrow over the summer and it was such a magical day thanks to the beautiful East Cork venue and the excellent, attentive treatment we received from Geraldine and her staff. The food is exquisite and every detail of the meal and the day was planned personally with us to ensure our special day was exactly as... More

I hadn't been here in over two years so I was keen to visit it once again on a Sunday for its lunch special. I brought my two kids aged 13 and 7 and arrived at 14:00. We were immediately escorted to our table by a friendly waitress and given menus. I ordered a Heineken and the kids got orange... More

My Husband and I attended a friends wedding in Barnabrow Country House recently. It is a lovely setting. The staff were nice and friendly. The food was delicious. There was a great atmosphere. Im sure it is a beautiful venue in the summer months with the outdoor seating. We hope to go back for lunch sometime soon. We did not... More

Visited here last Sunday for lunch. At €27 for 3 courses it was very good value. Beautiful surroundings, good service. Each course was more delicious than the last. Tasty black pudding salad for starters. Pork belly for mains which was out of this world. Really loved the crispy roast potatoes as well. Even though I was stuffed after these 2... More

Had the pleasure of having Sunday lunch last Sunday. What a quirky place this is. I can only imagine it's a wonderful venue for a wedding. This is a perfect place to bring children, plenty of space to run around and lots of animals to see. The menu had a good selection to choose from and the food is locally... More
