I feel robbed and appalled at the low quality service we received. Please note that we did not stay at the hotel. We bought a voucher for "Homemade Afternoon Tea" on groupon, apparently 50% discount. we paid €15 for two people. My expectations where set quite high, considering this was a "4" star hotel and was originally costing 30e and... More

Went here for an advertised event over the Christmas period. It was a total joke. Drinks all over the bar and the tables. Plastic cups only. Total incompetence. It was like a badly organized house party. Advertised 90s night but basically seemed to be an excuse to play bad dance music.

Saturday afternoon, weekend before Christmas week. You'd think that the hotel might have expected to be busy with food & drink service - abysmal service. Two staff on that clearly weren't equipped to serve drinks, clear the bar counter or even clear the many used tables dotted around the bar area. I have visited this hotel/bar when it was owned... Visited here for a carvery lunch with the family. The queue was literally out the door! That speaks volumes for value for money and the quality of the food! Wonderful! Will be back.

Fresh hot food served by excellent friendly staff. We were guests at the hotel and the Park Cafe Bar was our first port of call after we unpacked our bags. Great start to the weekend.

Had the worst afternoon tea in this hotel, made the mistake of buying groupons to treat my family & was so embarrassed by what we got. Sandwiches with tough beef, hard scones with sour cream, pastries were cut up pieces of desserts they couldn't sell the night before. Obviously doing groupons to make money from leftover food. Absolutely appalling.

Three of my lady cousins took me to the Sunday Brunch. It was very nice but I would have liked to see more selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. It was tasty but not memorable.

The quality of the food was outstanding. Sampled every single item on our wedding menu, and was so impressed by the quality and taste of the food. Beyond exceptional taste and quality.
