Tiny gem of a place. Can get overcrowded but it's easy to see why. We go there often for the friendly staff, great freshly-made food and first class coffee and cakes. A clear favourite in Carrick !

Lovely coffee. Great food. Quaint atmosphere. Can sit inside or outside. Such a friendly staff. My favorite place in Carrick for lunch. Very reasonable price.

Nice quirky atmosphere. Small traditional cafe. Lovely paninis and nice coffee. Service cane be a little slow and, depending on your tastes, chairs can be a little uncomfortable. Far from an unpleasant experience.

Delighted we gave the Olive Tree a second chance food is excellent and it's a beautiful quirky little cafe and this time the staff were welcoming and had smiles on their faces.. It makes the place all the more charming.

What a gem ! Friendly atmosphere with a book shop feel with 1920's music playing in the back ground. Food was a wonderful and exciting change from the norm with friendly but very busy staff who enjoyed their job with pride.

Our meal here turned out to be an unexpected surprise. Great variety of tapas at fair prices. A few items were a bit too Irish but for the most part everything we tried had good flavour. Tapas can be deceiving in that you think all...More

This is a wonderful little cafe/coffee shop in the heart of Carrick. There is a nice seating area outide, weather permitting. The food is really good, especially for vegan vegetarian choices which I love. My only problem here is the staff/owners never seem happy. They...More
