We were staying close to town so this pub was a perfect spot for an evening drink. We tried several different whiskey labels and the bar tender was nice enough to talk about them and recommend a few.

We went here twice during our 10 day stay in Adare. The food was above average pub food, very good. Excellent Irish stew and surprisingly delicious pasta (not usually an Irish pub staple!) Good atmosphere, lots of locals, good service.

They have a great bacon and cabbage dish! Your sweet tooth will be satisfied with the strawberry rhubarb with whipped cream! They also have tasty hot chocolate if you are inclined to shun a pint on a cold day. Lively music on some evenings!
