Had food in Murphy's yesterday. We arrived at noon intending to get in before the lunchtime rush. We assumed the food would still be fresh but this wasn't the case. We obviously got some leftovers from breakfast. The sausages were fine but the toast was just warm bread and the rashers were hard as boards. The person with me said... More

paid our usual visit to murphys when in athlone its a great place with friendly staff and a great pint would love this place as a local

We were recommended to this place by the bartender at Sean's bar. We weren't disappointed! The food was good and the prices were fair.

If you are looking for good pub grub then you can't go wrong with Murphy's law. Ate here last night with the family of 5. The steaks were really superb & for the size of them great value €25 for a 22oz Tomahawk steak. My eldest son had a super 16oz Ribeye, my wife had the Fajitas, and the younger... More

Stayed here for one night having previously eaten in the bar all in all it did what it said on the tin very central and staff were both friendly and obliging.

Great prices and generous sized fresh meals highly recommend. Cosy seating and family friendly. Extensive menu with all the favourites. Battered fish was amazing!

Beautiful old polished wood pub---- terrific selection of pub food--- very tasty---great friendly service. Many on tab brews to choose from. Can't wait to go back.

Good service good value and a great selection on the menu,the pub was warm and there was tv with sky sports,would eat again

Went here for breakfast the other day and had a full Irish. The best full irish breakfast i have had ever!! Eggs were done perfect. Bacon and sausage was great. Would highly recommend it. Lovely pub and great price.
