Great to see options other than nuggets and chips on the kiddies menus. Some kids like real food too😀. Good selection of craft beers and the meals were delicious. Will be back when visiting Athlone again.

Charming, small restaurant and attached pub close to the Shannon River in Athlone, Ireland. Very good value fixed price menu (2 or 3 courses). Small wine list that was put together with some care. Inventive mains, fresh ingredients and absolutely splendid desserts.

Nice food, friendly staff, quick service, decent price. Good vegetarian options. Accoustics in the room were a bit weird, making conversation a little difficult - minor quibble.

Although I am a native of Athlone, I had never eaten here so it was a pleasant surprise. Menu was extensive and not just run of the mill. Décor might not be to everyone's taste. Some might describe it as gloomy especially on a sunny...More
