You will find here what you'd find at most pubs/restaurants in the area but the service is great and the atmosphere is lovely.

I stayed in the Wild Atlantic on the reopening weekend in February. A truly great experience on all levels, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the 5 star service throughout our stay. Our stay was was made better with the high number of trad musicians playing over the weekend . I highly recommend the Wild Atlantic Lodge for any... More

My husband selected this lovely quaint restaurant for my mothers day treat . What a disappointment! Apparently we had to suffer due to a 'very hectic day' . Mussels with no sauce, which I was told was the way they are prepared !(despite the description on the menu) Then meringue with no strawberries again of which i was told 'we... More

Dear Kate. I was very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit to our restaurant on Sunday last. It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy the mussels but I feel it is important to note that you were not charged for them because of your complaint. I hope you will dine with us again in the... Only ate in the Bar and not the restaurant. Seafood Chowder was gorgeous. Very friendly staff and a good pint of Guinness. Pretty small pub.

We was there three times and enjoyed our stay in August 2016. The service was good and the foods was very tasty. And the cidre, wine and more was it too :-). Thank you for your hostfriendliness.

We stayed in The Burren area for (4) nights and ate at this pub/restaurant on our last night. I asked for a recommendation, as I was looking at the fish & chips, a meal I had yet to have since being in Ireland. The server recommended the chicken breast and celeriac puree and grilled asparagus. Everything was delicious, the chicken... More

Food and service are excellent, very popular so can be a bit hit and miss on whether you will need to wait for a table but it is worth the wait

There were 13 in my group and we stopped in for drinks. The people inside were very friendly and our drink order was taken served up with a smile. I was obvious we were tourist and the bartender was very pleasant. We had already eaten but food passing us looked and smelled great.

The two of us ate there on a trip around west coast of Ireland. The room lacked atmosphere. The staff were pleasant enough. I had the hake which was well cooked. My partner had the beef cheek which was also very well cooked but was too rich - but that's a matter of taste. House sauvignon blanc was OK but... More
