We dined here during our stay in Ballyvaughan. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was excellent for pub grub. This is undoubtedly the place to eat and watch the sea come in and out. Its right on the pier.

Hard to enjoy eating anywhere else after dining here. We loved the chowder, fish cakes, grilled oysters and a lovely salad. Thank you for a delicious lunch. My mouth still waters when I think of those fish cakes.

We had a beautiful lunch at Monk's. The perfect stop on a day trip visiting the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. The soup and Guinness stew were great! Very clean restaurant with live music.
