Haven't been in a year or two but have gone twice in the last two months. Had forgotten how good the food is. Yum, tasty and they even made me a starter that wasn't on the menu on both nights I was there. Garlic mushrooms are my favourite and are just yum.. Big portions, friendly staff and tasty food what... We eat here quite a bit. We come here for occasions or to celebrate something and it never fails. This time was for my grandfathers 80th birthday with a party of 50. The food is just absolutely amazing & the staff even better. Hope it never changes. Cannot recommend this place enough, you won't regret it 👍🍴

Great food even on a quiet night in winter! Aling the road from Kilrush to Kilkee you will find Keane's in Lisdeen opposite the church. As well as being a rural Pub and Shop they also have an excellent eatery. If you love Sea Food this is the place to go in West Clare.

We had lunch at Keane's on our event visit. Both my wife and I had the Seafood Chowder and Brown bread. Excellent!! The. Service was great, and the view spectacular.

Have visited Keane's a number of times over the past 3 years whilst doing field work in Ireland. Food has always been of a high standard. I'm particularly fond of fish and have been treated to some very nice hake, cod and salmon dishes there. Highly recommended.

Just back from a lovely two night stay in Keane's. The owners went out of their way to give us a lovely welcome, great turf fire and homely bar. Food was excellent, best of our trip ( Seafood a must). The apartment was beauitful with small kitchen attached. Lovely staff served a heartful breakfast, nothing was too much bother. This... More

We booked in this restaurant to eat fresh oysters. But from "Oysters from our own farm on a bed of salad with brown bread" that is presented in the web page, nothing. We asked for this dish but they didn't have it. So disappointed! The food is good but very expensive. The people are friendly.

We stopped here after a long day of touring. The food was very good and restorative. Any of the staff we encountered went out of their way to be friendly. The soups were particularly good. Steak delicious. We would eat at Keanes again,
