Dinner in the hotel restaurant on Easter Saturday night was very busy. Excellent Pulled pork and black pudding croquette for starter, probably the best starter I've ever tasted. Main course sirloin was nicely cooked with tasty vegetables and potatoes. After that it was downhill all the way - Lemon scented rice pudding, not recently cooked and so thick and hard... More

A large group of friends had late dinner recently. Nice menu, great food but slightly small portions, staff very attentive but left feeling a little rushed. Major criticism would be the coffee was appalling, asked for a macchiato not sure what I got but really poor. Experience not as good as previous visits.

We dined at the Botanica restaurant, Farnham Estate recently and were very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the food. The restaurant itself is modern and comfortable with a relaxing and cosy ambience. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive from the get go and the food was just delicious. There was a good menu selection... More

The Wine Goose Cellar Bar had the same menu as the Botanica Bar. The Botanica was too busy. We seemed a bit out of the way down in Cellar. Menu looked good but a bit pricey! Our order was taken in reasonably good time. Food was a bit slow coming. I ordered the pizza because it sounded really good. It... More

We have eaten in the bar/restaurant of the Radisson Farnham Estate Hotel while on holidays for a number of years. While beginning quite well with a good price/quality ratio, unfortunately with the years things have changed not for the better. The bar/restaurant area is quite small with a limited number of tables, so arriving at peak times may mean crouching... More

I was so looking forward to dinner here and can't say I was too thrilled afterwards. We had booked for 8pm then we were told afterwards it was fully booked up and would 8.30pm be ok instead. We didn't mind this and so arrived at 8.30. We were left sitting for about 30 minutes before our orders were taken. Duck... More

Had an evening meal during our stay. The food was the worst I have ever eaten. Starters lukewarm soup. Main course monkfish that you would have needed a steak knife to cut as it was so undercooked sitting in a bland watery sauce. My husband had rack of lamb that was chewy with lukewarm mash. Dessert baked Alaska with a... More

Came here for my aunts birthday. We each had a 3 course meal and couldn't fault it. Lovely food and good presentation. Service was good too, had a trainee waitress who was probably nervous but did a brilliant job, felt very well looked after, thanks very much :)

Have just returned to our room in Farnham after eating here, can't say we returned happy. We arrived at 6.30 for a table booked for 6.30, we were told they weren't quite open, but would be opening soon, no apologies, and no indication they were ready for guests when they eventually opened. Service was pleasant and initially prompt. Good variety... More

During our stay at the Farnham Estate we decided to eat here. The food was very tasty and the staff were attentive and excellent. We both had 2 courses each and a drink, the sirloin steak was really good! Bill was about £60 which is pretty average for a hotel restaurant. Overall an enjoyable and tasty meal!
