As a group of friends we had two great nights in McGanns. The space is full of character and the bands that play are jolly & fun. We didn't try the food but would definitely recommend a few pints of Guinness here.

A good evening with local musicians. Not as crowded as O'Connors, but still prone to tourist buses. good food and very friendly staff. be prepared to share tables when busy. Good vibe.

We showed up just as they were supposed to stop serving food and the place was packed to the gills. Our completely overworked waitress took the time to find us a table, made sure we got food & drinks, and generally took amazing care of us in the midst of a completely crazy night. Portions are large, Guinness is excellent,... More

We ordered fish&chips and Irish stew and were happy with both dishes, they tasted homemade. There was no music on the night we ate there. The staff was very friendly.

We had just gotten engaged on the cliffs when we stopped in with our tour bus for lunch. The place is cozy, quaint, and delicious! Authentic as it gets. LOVED THE beef stew.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Doolin early December 2015 to see the Cliffs of Moher. After one of our day trips we stopped in to McGann's for a warm meal after our cold hike. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting and was more like a dream come true. We sat next to a warm fire while listening to... More

We wanted a place to hang, unwind, listen to music, and drink beer. It was our last night in Ireland and we had an absolute blast. The bartender, I'm so sorry forgot your name, was very pleasant and did not kick us out when they were trying to close. The B&Bs were soooooo close, it was perfect.
