Open for breakfast lunch and dinner. We are also licsenced. We have a patio over looking mirror lake..Some of our features are Friday night prime rib, saturaday steak and pasta and Sunday night roast turkey dinner. We have a breakfast buffet in the summer months on saturday and Sunday morning. All our breakfasts are made fresh to order. Our clubhouse sandwich uses fresh roast turkey. All our burgers are home made with fresh ground beef. And all of our desserts are home made from scratch. We are open from 8am to 8 pm 7 days a week in July and August closed on mondys the rest of the year. Family owned and operated for 20 years.

We had our first visit to the Mill Pond Restaurant. Staff was very friendly upon our arrival and greeted us right away. We had made reservations for the picnic area that overlook a lake. Hand sanitizer was available and we went to our table. The takeout window was very busy which is always a good sign.
Patio area is an area with well spaced out picnic tables. Area was spotless. Nothing fancy but who needs fancy? Our server was very friendly and welcoming. Some of my family are fussy eaters so for example we ordered liver with no bacon and no onions. Our orders came out quickly. Our food was hot and exactly as we ordered. Fries are amazing. A few bites in and we knew we would be coming back. Our server checked on us and when we told her this was our first time there, she took the time to welcome us and chatted with us about the area. Unfortunately we didn’t have room to try the desserts. Food is reasonably priced. Throughout our meal, people were coming and going for take out. Thank you Mill Pond, we will be back.

Always good food! Quite a variety of lunch and dinner meals. Special meals Prime Rib Beef, Turkey dinners on weekends. An awesome sauce on the shrimp/chicken pasta! The best greek salad in the county! Freshly baked pies, not on the menu, depends on what has been made that day. Everything here is delicious!

A mom and pop restaurant with old time charm. This eatery offers breakfast and lunch 5 days a week and 3 days they also serve dinner.
Met some friends there for an enjoyable lunch. The omelet was one of the best ever. Prices are reasonable with the menu offering standard fare. There is a patio available in warmer weather which overlooks a large pond.

Arrived to a pretty empty restaurant, we waited about twenty minutes for the waitress to take our order. It was for rinks only , we waited longer to be able to place our food order.
45 minutes later , we asked about our meals, and were told that it would be 10 more minutes since the kitchen was too busy with take out orders. We watched as several people came to the takeout window and ordered food, received their food , and we still had not been served. Finally , we got oar food, no apology for the wait , not a care in the world!
Lindsey and Stephanie ( both ex employees) would NEVER have let this happen!
Terrible experience. I have eaten there 20 t0 30 times in the past few years. It is a shame ! Probably my last visit there.

Arrived for my reservation at 6:15 on July 22nd. The restaurant was completely full and had only 2 waitresses, one of whom was in the parking lot dealing with what looked like a fender bender. Most people did not have their food and were just sitting there. By 7 pm and with no table imminent and the restaurant actually set to close at 7pm we left to find another restaurant. Very disappointing experience. Since this restaurant is only open at the dinner hour 2 nights a week, I would not recommend it for dinner - they just don't have the staffing.

Was looking forward to taking our family out to a home cooking style restaurant. Sadly while the service was satisfactory, the food was not. It was exceptionally expensive for what we received in the way of badly overcooked food. Liver was cardboard, chicken was tough and very dry. Pasta was undercooked. Needless to say it was a horrible diner. Don't waste your money on this place

We went here for Mother's Day dinner with our daughter, her husband, and our granddaughter, where our reserved table was waiting for us. The five of us were attended to promptly even though it was busy. The venue is small for seating but serves great food at reasonable prices. They completed renovations last year, which gives it a fresh look. Our server was very funny. There is some outdoor seating and a smaller room, both of which provide viewing of the pond.

Local family owned restaurant that serves comfort food in a casual setting. Service is friendly and attentive. This is a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner without feeling rushed.

Good 'diner' style eateries are few and far between in this area.
The decor needs an upgrade, but the food doesn't.
Great quality, properly prepared grub at a reasonable price. This is where the 'locals' go.

My husbands food was tasty but cold. Sadly my order was wrong a cheaper chicken sandwich provided than ordered. Whilst these things happen, the two servers walked by me ignoring me twice each before I was spoken to. As they took my order the kitchen, to be remade I hear the chef shout they want new but there is a bite out of it … charming. Yes I only realized the cheese sauce and marina was absent when I bit into it ! No Kaiser bun either and no explanation ! Felt very disappointed. An apology does not cost a Penny.

I could agree that renovations are not a fine dine. But I never got a bad food inside or take out. If you want a black tie affair....stay in Toronto. No need to come to our county. Food is fresh, made with care and on time. And saved us from going without, when we didn't had power. I love it, I like it, I will always go back. Thank you.

My husband, daughter, in laws and I were in the area over the weekend. We have visited the area three times previously and this was our first meal at Mill Pond. First I must say our server Kim was an absolute treat! We were thoroughly entertained! The food was fantastic. Home cooked meals prepared when ordered. The deserts were homemade and out of this world.
I couldn’t recommend a place more. We were all so stuffed and happy when we left. Kim, Thank you so much!
We will be back again most definitely.

Can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. The service, food and menu selections are awesome and the renovations look amazing but I must say didn’t have a problem with how the restaurant looked prior to the reno’s. Even the location with the view of the pond is gorgeous. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

On our way back from Dorset to our Lodge where we were staying we stopped here for lunch. Great service and fast . Very busy spot. We learned a long time ago to go to places that are busy as people know a good thing. Lots of choices on the menu . Cheeseburgers and Club house sandwiches were our choices Yummy fries on the side. Quaint place with a nice view of a pond . Lots of parking and easy access. We recommend this spot.

Returned for breakfast after the dinner chaos of several weeks ago. Great breakfast, reasonably priced and excellent service. Would highly recommend. Just don’t go at the dinner hour as they can’t handle it right now.
