Great little stop over before arriving at our hotel for departure next day for Egypt, we were just wasting time before check in at hotel, I googled close places and this popped up, a quirky little cafe and bar which would be all lit up...at night, we had a sausage sandwich which was delicious and hot drinks, lovely staff with wonderful surroundings and quirky signs plenty of parking a great cafe bar with outside seating with lightsMore

I have waited to review until I had more than one visit. I was recommended Olivers by a friend who visits there. Currently I have only visited for breakfast. On the first visit I just arrived on a Sunday morning and almost every table was...reserved 😳. This was a good sign 👍. I have now been there three times, Sunday mornings and I now reserve my table for the following week while I’m there. Every member of staff that I have dealt with has been, polite, efficient and helpful. The golfers breakfast is fantastic. A good amount of food, cooked well and hot. Based on my experiences with breakfast, I would highly recommend Olivers to anyone thinking of going.More

Staff always happy to greet you. Great atmosphere. Reasonable choice of dishes. Quick service, nicely presented, freshly cooked tasty food. You are able to relax, no hurry to vacate when finished even though they probably could do with your table.

Went for the comedy night on 12th October. First we were seated by the door and when we first asked tohave the door shut we ere told no. The second time we asked we were told it would be shut before the comedy started, never...mind the fact that we were quite cold. Compare was ok but spent too much time talking to Rhiana..... First comedian was not bad but the second one, was not good at all. During the break between 1st and 2nd act the door was duly opened again. Honestly do not intend to visit again!More

Disappointed. The "butcher's sausages" were very poor, resembling cheap Richmond ones. Eggs only just cooked and white runny in places. Huge unpleasant hash browns. Cold toast served with chilled butter. We did not enjoy our breakfasts and at £13.95 without a tea or coffee they...were poor value. We won't be returning.More

We were here for a gathering, there is parking spaces around the place. The outside area is covered by two awnings which can be extended depending on the weather. Inside is relatively small, it seemed clean. The decor is nice. We had some food and...drinks which prices weren't too bad. The food was ok some of it seemed to be typical supermarket quality. Overall the staff seemed friendly and helpful, the food was ok. The place seemed clean. This is a nice place to have a drinkMore

Thought we would try this and support local business . No ham for eggs Benedict on a Saturday at 9am before a bank holiday weekend🤷‍♀️ordered pancakes and bacon with maple syrup. What a disappointment. Really cheap mini supermarket £1 pack style pancakes with charred bacon....£6.95 ish Avocado and poached egg hard .£10 plus Latte tepid . £25 for two people . Kids welcome and I’m happy if they play but between the tables when you are trying to enjoy a morning breakfast with nothing done by management was pitiful.More

To be fair, I haven't been here for a few years. I had a top-up wine card which I was told is now void since the previous owner had left (how would I have known?). So £20 lost. I'm sure I'm not the only one...to be left with an expensive ice scraper! Food was still fantastic though.More

Yesterday myself & a group of friends had a fabulous afternoon tea at Oliver's. Sarah, Mel & Holly were the absolute best at giving us the most scrummy sandwiches, scones & cakes. Thank you girls, you made our afternoon so special ❤❤❤

The cakes are to die for and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is only a small place so worth booking especially for breakfast at the weekends as can get very busy. They also have some fun special events like comedy nights.

Yes, we are child friendly. We have a few books and toys, highchairs and a nappy changing table in the toilet. We don't offer a children's menu, but all items can be made to suit...
