We just popped in for a couple of drinks Saturday lunchtime. It's under new management and I'm sure Simon and Kirsty will do a great job!! A lovely pub in a great little village, give it a try!! The food looked great and we will be sure to eat next time 😀

It was great to chat to you on Saturday and when you return with friends for a Tuesday quiz night and a burger we would love to buy you a... More

Lovely Olde World Public House. Pleasant atmosphere. Very pleasant staff. We were in the downstairs restaurant, unable to comment on the Attic Rooms. 6 of us in our group for a Sunday lunch so we opted for the Sunday roast. Separate menu good choices of starters, 3 different roasts & vegetarian option. Good choice of desserts. Very good service, pleasant... More

Family dinner. Traditional menu made with quality ingredients and accompanied by good beers. Not overly busy midweek but could do with an extra member of staff. A good choice and not expensive

Lovely atmosphere, The Penny Drops were the saving grace. The waiting staff were working hard, possibly understaffed although The Plough appears to be recruiting. We waited 1 hour to be finally told "sorry no pan fried salmon, the table upstairs had had it all". Really poor. I think the issue was with the kitchen not communicating quick enough and not... I have eaten here twice before and the food has been fantastic both times and the garden is lovely. So we decided to book a table of 18 as we had family from overseas visiting. We were seated upstairs which was a really nice space and the waitress was really helpful and gave us table numbers so we could pay... More

went for Sunday lunch on Easter Sunday. We phoned the mobile number on the website before 11am on Easter Saturday to book a table only to find when we arrived they did not know about it. Anyway they managed to put us on a table upstairs. I was a bit apprehensive that they were not fully booked up for Easter... More

The Plough and attic not only gave us a 10/10 family like treatment but welcomed us in a way we felt at home. It was a gorgeous sunny day which made it all so much better. We sat next to the fireplace in a low ceiling room with perfect temperature. Excellent food, stunning pub and rear garden and a 10/10... More

An overnight stay next door lead us to the quiz at this pub, the ceiling are low so mind your head. We didn't eat so can't review that but the hospitality and the cider on pump were perfect. Pipped to the post for a bottle of wine for best team name, 'no table at the inn' - honestly it made... More
