Lovely big place with very sweet staff but just too Costa like without enough tasty low carb options. Plying everyone with tea and cake or coffee & sarnies is one of the reasons so many people are overweight in the UK. Salads & egg based options without the addition of endless breads and pastries should be available. A cheese &... More

Nice coffee and cakes here. A great stop if you have been out in the high street and want to escape. Unfortunately not dog friendly.

Serviced was so rushed, like I was the first in a huge queue when in fact there were no others behind us. Ordered 2 hot chocolates and cakes. Was told to collect from the counter at the end. The hot chocolate was placed on the side and looked pathetic, I asked if there was any cream, and was told that... More

Always a welcoming place to have coffee and a snack. Can sometimes have to queue a while but this is indicative of its popularity.

Lovely atmosphere, comfy settee or old fashioned styled chairs n tables. Lovely display of food, very appetising. The teacakes are huge!, Welsh cakes yummy. Great selection of coffees.

I visit Coffee No1 on a pretty regular basis and cannot fault their friendly and efficient service. Drink and food options are good as are all the seating options. Today in particular I have been blown away by service when I popped in without my purse. Thank you so much to the gentleman who helped me out, that was wonderful!!!

Can't believe in this day and age that a national coffee chain does not have Wifi. The premises themselves are quote spacious and well laid out. The coffee was no great shakes. Service was speedy.....but nit ebough pluses to outweigh the obvious disadvantage of no Wifi especially when you're a business customer.

I used to use Coffee One all the time. Nowadays Keynsham is in risk of too many coffee places! But C#1 is still one of the best. The coffee is really good. The service is excellent and the staff always friendly. The design of the shop is nice and I always like the atmosphere. However, a few problems are developing.... More

This place is very popular and good value. We had two coffees and cakes for less than £10, got a table easily even though it was busy, and managed to get around with the buggy without issue. There were plenty of high chairs at the back for the baby by the only toilet. That's the only downside of this place.

They do more than just coffee notwithstanding the name. The tea is excellent loose leave tea served in a pot with cups and saucers. I make this point because it is a nice diversion from the bag on a tray with a mug of lukewarm water offered in so many other chains. The treats are plentiful and very appetising all... More
