I went for lunch last fall and after waiting for 20 minutes, no one even gave me a menu. When I went in I said 'Hi' to a waitress as I chose a table as it said to seat myself. I was annoyed, and disappointed as most pubs have excellent food and I had never been there before. Now I have... More

Terribly sorry Maxine. This has obviously upset you even 6 months later enough to write. I'd be happy to discuss the unfortunate lunch experience with you if you would pm me at eolpub@gmail.com. joanne More

This pub is low key with a varied menu and fantastic fish and chips!! Their deck in summer is beautiful and the bartender is fantastic. The place has great character and is close to a wonderful second hand book store too!

Good value for money - had the classic breakfast offering - bacon, home fries, eggs and toast. My fellow travellers had the Hunter's Breakfast - a very full plate of food!

Every town needs a pub, which used to mean "public house". End of the Line was historically our train station, and it has become, in its new form, an asset to this community. It's a meeting place, a place for a drink with friends, a place for comfort food and the large and small celebrations of life.

As well as a great place to host friends for a party this establishment offers superior pub food and multiple choices of beer.

we ate at the place because of the reviews. price a little bit above average but meal and portions were good. the only draw back was the loud blues music while you ate was disturbing.

Thank you, Tom for writing a review. Glad to hear you had enough to eat and portions were found to be good! As for the music, I suspect you ate Wednesday evening when we have live local music, terribly sorry you found it loud. We only have background music the rest of the week, should you be able to return. More

Recently stopped by for lunch with the girls. The chicken pad thai was a generous serving and really tasty. Our waiter was friendly and prompt.

Looking for something quick. Pub food with a few different dishes. Good for sitting around, having a drink and munchies.

Stopped here for lunch. The waitress was attentive and easy going. Ordered the meatloaf dinner. It arrived quickly. A generous portion of meatloaf, 2 scoops of homemade mashed potatoes, carrots, coleslaw accompanied the meal. The waitress also left a picture of water on the table. Would definitely eat here again if in the area.

Thank Twila M

Family style dining in a tastefully restored train station. The End of the Line has been serving guests since 1994. Reputed for local musicians on Wednesday and Friday evenings visitors can expect to hear Maritime, Celtic, even blues and folk music while tasting a local craft brew and dining on local catch. Open 7 days a week except Christmas we offer something for everyone surrounded by history.
