We had dinner here as it is also a motel and we were running out of daylight. The motel is nothing special but the rooms are very clean and the views and staff are fantastic. It was Saturday night and it seemed like locals night...as it was very busy, the food was excellent and so was the set so no complaints.More

Mixed reviews since my dinner of smoked salmon over linguine was very good with very fresh salmon. On th other hand my partner had the lobster ravioli that was very disappointing even though the sauce was tasty the lobster was tasteless. Service was pleasant.

Very clean and well organized. Place was booked SOLID. Food was very well prepared and delivered. View from restaurant out to bay was beyond belief. Staff very helpful in 2 languages, called ahead of trip to check on food allergies and found out everything's prepared...on site! Will definitely be back here to visit and eat. Get the Seafood Platter, it's a few bucks more, but feeds 2 easily and the taste was great...More

Shriveled up wings, what seemed to be frozen fish sticks from the IGA...the only good thing was the nice waiter and country music playing on the radio.

Went on a Friday night and the place was packed to capacity. Very popular with locals and tourists. Enjoyed the variety of beers and wines and the food was very nice. Not many places around this end of the peninsula, and it didn't disappoint.

The three of us (husband and teen) stopped in for lunch. It’s a sports bar/pub that wouldn’t be out of place back home in Montreal. Mid-range, on the water, typical pub menu, quick and friendly service. A McCoy bus tour of seniors piled in shortly...after we arrived, so I take it that the restaurant is popular with tour companies. The restaurant also has a waterfront deck. We ate inside and had club sandwiches and a hamburger platter between the three of us. If you want authentic Gaspésian food and décor, you won’t find it here. What you will find is a big-city style pub right on the 132 HWY. It was unexpected but once inside, we knew exactly what to expect and it didn’t disappoint.More

After reading the many good reviews of this restaurant, we decided to drive the half hour from our campsite in Forillon NP to try it out. Upon entering La Revolte in the early afternoon (with empty stomachs), we were excited to find a sports-bar atmosphere,...featuring the previous night's hockey game on TV, our favourite beers on tap, a fantastic view of the ocean and some great country music playing on the sound system. Once we looked at the menu, we were disappointed to find that there was nothing on the menu for my wife to eat. She is vegetarian, meaning she doesn't eat any meat, fish or poultry. Now, we've been to many places before that didn't have much or anything vegetarian on the menu. However, most of the time, the waiter/waitress would check with the chef to see if there was any alternatives that could be made for her. Not this waitress. All she could do was shrug her shoulders and walk away. Then, she had the audacity to come back five minutes later and ask if we've decided. We finished our beers (on an empty stomach) and ate down the street at Cafe Croque-Faim (159 Renard E) and it was fantastic! Sorry La Revolte, but we won't be returning.More

This restaurant is a really good option in this area. The restaurant has been opened recently and the decoration and vibe is great. Lots of atmosphere. It's kinda like a themed sport restaurant with big tv screen and some sports memorabilia. The service was slow....We didn't really cared cause we were not in a hurry but it took more than a hour between the entree and main plate. It clearly wasn't the waitress fault, maybe some problem in the kitchen. The waitress was really professionnal about it and said she was sorry and offered free desert which was nice and made us forget about the wait time. The food was really good. From the entrée to the desert. Price was ok. A little on the high side but ok.More

Went to this restaurant in Rivière-aux-Renards upon a recommendation for fish and chips and wasn't disappointed! Crisp with just the right amount of batter, with french fries and a side salad with a really good dressing...We sat on the small terrasse and enjoyed the view...along with our meal!More

All the table were reserved :-( But the girl there ask us is we could be done by 7pm, we could get a table! good deal, we wanted food quick as we were tired and...starving, they delivered quickly, 15 minutes later we were eating. I had the liver with perfectly cooked mashed potatoes and my gf had the shrimp panini. This was one of the best meal we had. We did had a good time. Nice view, good service. We will go back!More
