An holistic experience. (For all senses). Exceptional restaurant in every aspect. One of the best serving teams ever. High above michelin stars and "best of" lists.

How did we get there? We were referred of course! Easy emailing in English, an acceptance/confirmation and a request for contact phone number (note to Australians travelling in France - Telstra is not hassle free when it comes to international roaming). So as we entered the compact manicured japonais gardens, we looked up to see that there was an Australian... More

Dinner here was a wonderful experience in every way. The fixed-price menus and the à la carte were most interesting and 'different', the portions were, unusually for a Michelin-starred restaurant, 'proper', and ALL the dishes, including the amazing amuse-bouches, bread and mignardises, were totally delicious. The timing was perfect, and the service friendly, yet absolutely professional. If I were to... More

I was invited to lunch at the Les Cedres with a local host. I honestly did not know what to expect from a renowned 2-Michelin star French restaurant, but my divine experience from start to finish made me understood why they deserved 2 stars. It is French cuisine at its finest! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a... More

I have been in the fine food industry professionally for decades. Great restaurants are no mystery, always appreciated, and I have high standards in line with the reality that great restaurants have equally high standards they strive to meet and exceed. Les Cedres had me wondering - half way through the meal - if I had died and gone to... More

I went to Les Cedres invited by a client and I must say that this was probably the best restaurant I have been to. The interior, service, atmosphere and not forgetting the food was exquisite. A must to visit if your in the area.

When visiting Les Cedres I quickly understand this is not only food, this is a passion, this is proud, the Chef tells you a story from the kitchen thru the serving , takes you at a journey thru different dishes, starters, main, deserts and the small neutralizers between before under and after. Our story this day was about the “black... More

this 2 star Michelin restaurant run by the Bertrand brothers is simply excellent. The welcome, the decor and of course the food and service are top notch. However it is not easy to choose a good wine at a decent price! Once you have chosen your menu, you are served with delicious starters, sorbet between courses and a selection of... More

We had a delightful evening at Les Cedres - well worth the special trip from Marsanne. The food was divine, the service spot on (they coped very well with our embarrassingly poor French...)
