Not mindful of allergies. My husband told them to make sure there were no traces of mushrooms in our food, due to a severe/sensitive allergy and now, here I am, suffering through an allergic reaction

I had the garlic cheese bread: not soggy, nicely browned. The Greek salad had a bit too much lettuce. And the chocolate cream pie: very good. Service not stellar

Six of us fishermen stopped in for a late lunch break on a Friday afternoon. Some of us ordered a wrap - a couple of spicy chicken wraps and a Thai chicken wrap. Some were platters with either fries or salad. Another of us ordered...a BLT with fries. Despite a spilled drink accident (not the fault of our server), everyone enjoyed their sandwiches and sides. The beer was good and cold befitting a very hot day. Service was good; although our waitress seemed a bit overstretched with quite a few other tables needing service at the same time. Prices were a bit on the high side; but there aren't really any other decent choices in or near Plantagenet.More

My girlfriend and I absolutely love stopping by 1967 for some exceptionnal food and service. We have never been disapointed...in fact, we are always impressed with the consistent quality of food that we are served, regardless of the item we order from the menu. This...is one of our top 10 restaurant and won't stop promoting their warm welcome and exceptional quality food. Take the time to get there...you won't be disapointed.More

Shortly after ordering my boyfriend asked me “do you think ill find a hair in my food this time?” Half way through eating his breakfast, as he was bitting off a piece of sausage an akwardly lengh of hair rested upon the inside of his...cheek .. so he got up walked to the waitress and gave her the hair told her this was the third time this happens in 2 years (we take 6 months intervals between each visits to forget about the past experiences, the restaurent is only 2mins away from home) yes she did offer him a new breakfast wich obviously he refused and we were still charged 30$ for both breakfast !! Ps: never get the orange juice it is powder mixed with water .. All in all we are done giving this place a chance. By far the worst restaurant for breakfast!! Its really not like it used to be.More

We are sorry to hear about your experience. The problem was addressed with the staff. Everyone was wearing their nets but seems like it still managed to get on your plate. As a local business, we work hard everyday to serve our customers the best...More

I stayed at the motel for approx. seven weeks while I worked in Alfred. Rooms were a decent size and clean. Beds were comfortable and the staff were great! I really enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. It always tough to find decent accommodations in...small towns but this place really hit a home run for me.More
