bit pricey compared to other pubs but well worth paying that bit extra. The lamb shank is excellent.

My husband and I have spent another great evening at The White Bear....the food was fantastic as always...the wine exceptionally good......and as always great service....hosting is a skill and this gastro pub has it down to a T!!!!!!! What a gem on our doorstep....

We visited here on Saturday night for dinner. We enjoyed everything we had, it was perfect . The staff were professional and pleasant . The surroundings were lovely and traditional . We will be back .

I have seen other wheelchair users in there so I'm sure it would be fine....The toilets are all on the same level so no steps to them but they are cubicles....don't know if there is a separate toilet as I haven't really... More
