My cousin had already been to the restaurant and recommended it for our get together with friends and family. Good food and service. Quite noisy and has TVs on with football which isn't for me but no doubt good for those that don't want to miss the sport. Also does takeaway. Good location just a short walk from the Hilton.... For sure the restaurant with the best service we had in all Malta. Our waiter was taking care of us for all stay and the food we had was delicious! Tagliatelle with prawns were the best I've ever had! Highly recommended place to eat!!

This place is a good place to enjoy an easy and good dinner. Nice staff and good pizza. They also deliver so that's a good thing.

We had read online that Bianco's was one of THE places to eat on the island. We booked in advance and I would recommend you go this too as even on a Monday evening at 8 o'clock, it was very busy with people waiting for tables. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The food was exquisite and for a... More

This restaurant was perfect, just what we felt like. Great customer service, extensive wine list (with waiters who knew about wine) and a great menu. Food offerings where really limited to salad, pasta and pizza but they did those really well. We had the Argentine Beef Salad and Margarita Pizza, both were yummy. But the best was the gluten free... We attended this restaurant twice. The first time I ordered pizza and my wife a Caesar salad. My wife never ate her salad due to illness (nothing to do with this restaurant). I tried her chicken and it was delicious. My pizza was the spicy variety and it was also delicious, especially when you added their homemade chilli sauce (makes... More

A must for two of the four evening meals we had in Malta on our short break. We had visited previously in 2010 and 2015. Booking advisable as this can be a busy restaurant, even off season. Good service from staff on both visits and food still as good as we remember from previous visits. Four of us visited and... More

Short walk from the Hilton and worth dropping in for some great pizza and pasta. Good service and a nice low-key atmosphere.

I had the soup of the day here once, and it was the best soup I ever had in a restaurant! Carrot and orange soup: delicious! Went back there again twice already for pizza. And will go again many more times.

Ate here twice. Lovely food and great service. Check the blackboard for specials or ask the server for a recommendation. Busy on Friday and Saturday nights best to book a table.

Thank Joyce W

The Bianco's Concept

There is really one simple formula for success: Pick a concept, idea or project - one that you feel strongly about and that you understand intimately. Then pour your whole self into it, unconditionally.

That is exactly what we have done with Bianco's.
That is exactly why it works.
That is exactly why we have loyal patrons and loyal staff.

"Bianco", meaning "White", is what you get when you mix the appropriate intensities of the most vibrant of colours. In much the same way, Bianco's brings together our years of experience in hotel and restaurant management, and our passion for great food, wine, atmosphere and service. Bianco's is variety and balance under all aspects.
