This place is very popular with locals. On arriving you could see each table had been reserved - a good sign I thought to myself, can't go wrong here, looking forward to the food. I was so disappointed after reading their menu and having the starter - pre prepared just plonked in front of you - I can't really say... More

My friends and I were looking for a great seafood place and this is it. Fresh , reasonably priced food in a rustic setting with lovely staff!

It was our last meal in Italy for this year vacation and it made us feel that we should have tried the place before. If you are looking for a fancy place: don t go there. If you would like to get the very local simple good food: it s the best place around. Carpaccio, Pasta, House wine ... All... More

We happened to eat there the first time on a Sunday lunch time. The restaurant was fully packed with families and groups of local people. In spite of that the service was very efficient and the food very good (the fried shrimps were some of the best one could have). At another lunch during the week the food was very... More

Located a few km from Quarto d'Altino near the Altino museum, we were there at lunch time when the clients are mainly workers looking for a strong meal. The incredible 11 euros menu included the pasta, the meat, half liter wine and coffee. Everything was tasty and generous, we regret not to have the time to go back on evening to... More

A typical Italian tavern specialized in seafood, located near the Venice Marco Polo Airport. This place is simple but very characteristic. The tavern staff is gentle and very friendly. I love the mix seafood starter and pasta with seafood at reasonable price. I suggest to visit the the archaeological Museum of Altino, five minutes away from the tavern, displaying Roman... More

typical family run restaurant. Go there for the food, not the decor. Bright and clean dining room. The biggest T-Bone Steak outside USA!

Read worplesdon from surrey review and as we were staying at Hotel Villa Odino - Quarto d'Altino we decided to visit and we were not disappointed. We were the only tourist that evening (Thursday 11 Aug) but were made to feel very welcome. Food was nice, seafood seems to be the main attraction here, but great atmosphere and hey when... More

Tel:0422.829124 ; Discovered this trattoria by chance whilst visiting the National Archeological Museum ofAltino a few hundred metres along the same road. At weekends this place is really busy with local Italian families and people returning from a day on the lagoons at the beach. The menu is fairly simple with excellent local dishes/meats and fish. As well as good... More
