We found this little gem on our recent long weekend in Vilamoura. The food was fabulous! We enjoyed the bread and carrots and the flambé sausages. The lamb stew was fantastic and the beef stroganoff was out of this world. Definitely value for money and a great variety of fish and meat dishes. Will definitely be back.

Truly excellent meal. The halibut catapalana costs €13 and was one of the best seafood dishes I have ever tasted. My wife had the beef kebab in Madeira sauce and was very impressed too. Fantastic service from the friendly staff.

We visited 1 evening for dinner, the service was slow but we carefully avoided the carrots and bread in a bag. we had sea bream and almonds and monkfish it was delicious as was the house wine. A good meal less expensive than the marina restaurants

2 streets back from the Marina in a small complex where there are 6 or so other eateries A Broa is well worth finding. They have a very polite 'gripper' working on the street at the Taxi rank, he will guide you - he gets a small commission, you get a free glass of wine ! The menu is extensive... More

Object to being brought bread and bits without asking then charging 14 euros for the privilege. The childs spaghetti bolognese was terrible just fried mince on top of spaghetti no tomato sauce and very greasy and unpleasant. The piri piri chicken was plain grillled chicken with a separate sauce of chilli powder and water. Not authentic marinated piri piri. Spare... More

Sadly not the best steak, good welcome and somewhat hazardous cooking sausage but the steak was tough, tough tough! Best part was the soup - sadly very disappointed with overall main course

After wandering around Vilamoura, always on the look out for a backstreet gem, we stumbled across A Broa. When we arrived back a few hours later for dinner, we instantly knew this was no backstreet outfit, its was full and the atmosphere inside was fantastic. Very efficient and friendly waiting staff, good wine selection, but the best part was the... More

lovely hidden gem of a restaurant, food was good and staff very friendly (not overly as some places you go) they didn't bother you every 5 minutes to see if your food was ok. reasonable prices was nice and the choice of food. would I go there again? yes. shame I wasn't in the area for longer.
