We have enjoyed jesse’s twice now this year. We first ordered pickup for valentines which was fantastic food including a sticky toffee pudding but today we ate inside for first time. Service was exceptional and food was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the .75 cent...wings, chicken wrap, power salad and beef melt. Wings are large and delicious. Will be back for sure. Restaurant is well setup for COVID protocols.More
We went to Jesse's on Thursday night for their pizza half price special. The place was packed and we had a wait of 20 minutes or so but it was worth the wait. The pizza was excellent and the service was very good. You can...choose up to 6 toppings. We would definitely recommend.More
We have been going to this restaurant for many years and honestly it never disappoints. Thanks to the terrific owners who somehow manage to find and keep the best staff you can find. Over the years we have had the pleasure of getting to know...many of these friendly young local folks who have always made us welcome with a smile and always found time for a quick chat even on the busiest of nights.
Of course this is only good as long as it's supported by great food , after all it is a restaurant ! Needless to say the food is as good as the staff ... what a combination !
Recent visits to the outside patio during this Covid pandemic we were amazed by the level of protection we observed. Exceptional cleaning and disinfection of tables, chairs and even umbrella poles. Separation of duties between staff taking orders and serving drinks and those serving food, registration of all customers and of course all staff wearing masks. We felt completely safe to enjoy the fine food.
We recently moved away from this area but will still take that long drive to go back to our favourite restaurant
Thank you Jason and Nikki.More

Props to the owners of this country restaurant for keeping such a great staff! They are smiley, friendly and always treating clients in the best ways. Food is very good, above average in the area and well priced. Could it be better? Yes. Is the...price/quality ratio excellent? Yes. Once again, the ambiance and staff make you want to go back again and again. Great job everyone and see you soon!More
Jessie's is always busy! Went here recently on a Friday night and had to wait a few minutes for a table but all was good, staff friendly, neighborhood feel to this place. Once we were seated our server was prompt with menus and suggestions on...today's specials, etc. Also had a visit from one of the owners to ensure we were well taken care of. Being a Friday I had the fish and chip special which did not disappoint. Plenty of portions, hot and ready with plenty of sides to boot. Did not disappoint. Love this place!More
Once again we were traveling in the area and stopped for dinner on August 13 and discovered it was basically two for one pasta. The special was beef stroganoff which I hadn’t had in years, so we decided to give it a try.
The dish...was absolutely delightful. Tender strips of beef that tasted like they had been braised in red wine and a heavy beef stock, garlic, carmelized onion and button mushrooms that were tender to the bite but not mushy. You could see the sauce was traditionally prepared with the addition of sour cream, served as it should on a bed of egg noodles, garnished with cornichons and another dollop of sour cream.
This came with garlic bread and a salad as an appetizer.
My Oma would think she had made it herself. My hat is tipped to the Chef on a wonderful job.More
