We have enjoyed jesse’s twice now this year. We first ordered pickup for valentines which was fantastic food including a sticky toffee pudding but today we ate inside for first time. Service was exceptional and food was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the .75 cent wings, chicken wrap, power salad and beef melt. Wings are large and delicious. Will be back for sure. Restaurant is well setup for COVID protocols.

Thursday nights at Jesse’s is incredible value not to mention their most delicious pizza offerings. Get there early it’s always packed, a statement to how good an evening it is.
Recommend Jesse’s to all my friends and associates.

We have been going to this restaurant for many years and honestly it never disappoints. Thanks to the terrific owners who somehow manage to find and keep the best staff you can find. Over the years we have had the pleasure of getting to know many of these friendly young local folks who have always made us welcome with a smile and always found time for a quick chat even on the busiest of nights.
Of course this is only good as long as it's supported by great food , after all it is a restaurant ! Needless to say the food is as good as the staff ... what a combination !
Recent visits to the outside patio during this Covid pandemic we were amazed by the level of protection we observed. Exceptional cleaning and disinfection of tables, chairs and even umbrella poles. Separation of duties between staff taking orders and serving drinks and those serving food, registration of all customers and of course all staff wearing masks. We felt completely safe to enjoy the fine food.
We recently moved away from this area but will still take that long drive to go back to our favourite restaurant

Locals love this place and I’m not sure why. The food is mediocre at best, with a few hidden gems mixed in. Their take home and cook steak meals are awesome. Otherwise it’s mostly pub food, and it’s just OK pub food. The chip truck our back has all these signs aging fresh cut fries…. Definitely not. I watched them load the frozen fries into the fryer, and once you taste them, there’s no mistaking it. Ok if you need something quick, but overall, it’s meh. Good if you don’t want to cook and know what to expect.

They do not follow health and safety protocol. We sat on the patio when indoor dining was not allowed. It started raining so they brought us inside, sat us at a table to eat and gave us take out containers in case an inspector came so we would pack our meal and act as if we ordered take out. I won’t go to a restaurant who compromises the health and safety of their customers during a pandemic.

Very slow service and as they get busy they try to rush you out to open up a table for new quests. Had to go to the bar myself to get a beer as our server was on the phone most of the time. My daughters steak was cooked well done when as for it to be medium and it had no taste and was a inch on one side and a quarter inch on the other side. You can’t cook a steak evenly that way. Clearly it was a throw away piece they didn’t want to waste! My burger was a terrible. Barely a few bites in it just falls apart. Had to finish it with a fork. Our server was aware but did nothing.

We arrived at around 7pm, had minimal wait at the door and the hostess was prompt at getting us seated. We had Madeline as our waitress and she provided a a top notch service and made it for a great evening out. As for the food I had the French onion soup followed by the Eagles Hoagies with onion rings and 10 chicken wing since Wednesday is wing night. My better half had the ultimate steak sandwhich with anion ring. Food was great nice and hot and tasted great. Also all this including tip under $100. .PS we only had soft drink with alchool it would have been a little bit more but portion to price is well balanced. Will definetely be going back

We have been to this restaurant many of times over the years. Tonight we went here for dinner with family. My husband and I both ordered the Halibut 1 piece dinner. The fish was so overcooked that you could not cut it with a knife. Such a very disappointing experience. We would have sent the dinners back had we not been with another couple who had their meals already. Second bad experience in as many months.

Two for lunch on a busy Sunday. We were seated promptly and enjoyed the fast, friendly service. Our two dishes, Steak on a bun with fries, and a Greek Salad with Chicken, were far above average restaurant fare. Quality ingredients expertly prepared, and at a very reasonable cost. You'll leave with a smile and a full belly.

Went to Jesse’s for takeout last night and they did not disappoint. We ordered the two can dine Buffalo Chicken Pasta special. Big portions and delicious food! They have a new pasta special every Tuesday, can’t wait to see what they come up with next week!

Great food, prices and staff what more is there to say. Great atmosphere, outdoor seating and large area with tables fairly far apart if being too close makes anyone nervous. Just an all round good experience.

We saw signs for Jesse's Tap and Grill when travelling up to Pigeon Lake and on our way back after our long weekend visit with friends, took them with us out to this restaurant.
Directions were easy to follow. The restaurant itself from outside front may look different than what you would think however very nicely set up inside where bar area is. There's also a side room for family eat in dining and there's a nice outdoor back patio too.
The Host of our table was super nice and attentive. The food was very good and serve time very reasonable too. Very clean restaurant and washroom. Would definitely recommend it.

Best wings around the Kawartha Lakes. Great price, nice staff and great value. We regularly go here for wing nights with family and friends. Other food is good too - especially the platter.

We went to Jesse's on Thursday night for their pizza half price special. The place was packed and we had a wait of 20 minutes or so but it was worth the wait. The pizza was excellent and the service was very good. You can choose up to 6 toppings. We would definitely recommend.

Went here with gals from work. 7 of us . Everyone loved their dinner ...huge servings and very delicious . Had young waitress on patio and she was great. 27th July. Bang on. Really good service.
I had the seafood linguini and would get again.
Only bad thing was a cat from neighbours that made the outside a little stinky which we all agreed but not sure what they can do about that but I would do something because that was kind of gross
It was my first time there but I will definitely be back.
