The first time ordering was great. Delivered since we are only 15 minutes away, very nice delivery person too and tipped her well. The wings were very good, pizza was good too. Ordered a second time and was told they no longer deliver to this area. Uh, okay. Called back again to order and wanted to pay with credit since someone else was going to pick it up. They said that they'd do that this time only. Correct me if I am wrong but who doesn't want payment upfront? Perhaps they don't need the business? Wings were good but the pizza was undercooked and doughy. It's all about convenience because I didn't want to cook this particular evening But this was not convenient.

Solid choice for pizza or a 2 buck slice on Tuesday. Been ordering from here for a few years and picked up or delivered it’s usually good. I always buy a coupon book when they come around as they support minor hockey in the area. It’s a little more expensive than pizza chains but they are fast with orders none the less

Their crust is 3 inches wide and an inch thick,simply ripping you off of toppings . Do the math. I'm ordering from pirates from now on. I was a long time customer of crustys but I'm not paying for a large pizza with maybe medium toppings cause you are charging for dough I'm not that stupid . I've passed this on and many others have switched to pirates. To the owner of crustys,I live in Beaverton,quit ripping us off dude you are not helping yourself.

Ordered at 810 was told we would have in 40 min to an hour. We called back at 920 and we’re told it was picked up by the driver and should be here in 10 min. We called back hat 945 and were then told that we never called them to order and the last order for the park we are at, was at 7pm. We must have called someone else and they can’t help us now be used they are closed.
When we tried to ask more questions and express our disappointment we were hung up On.
Very rude and unprofessional. If you actually want to eat don’t call Crusty Pizza.

Absolutely horrible customer service, the rudest bunch of people in Beaverton. Order pizza from here and they don’t deliver the pizza and try to make it like it’s your problem. Never ever order from this dump. Pirates pizza makes a fantastic pizza and they are very friendly.

Wrong pizza rude and terrible service
No cheese and over done and actually got hung up on for asking where the pepperoni was when I made an order and paid for a pepperoni with extra cheese pizza

ordered a small pizza today it was inedable dough was raw toppings were very greasy never again wonder why it only took 10min i took a frozen pizza out and ate it instead.

They are busy, sometimes hard to get through on the phone but there is a reason - they have great pizza and its worth the wait! The staff is busy but not so busy that you don't get a smile, sometimes a chuckle and a thank you. We don't live in Beaverton but when there, Crusty's is now our go-to for carry out.

Despite having a couple of bad experiences, with food quality and waiting 3 hours for delivery in the past we decided to give Crusty's another chance. The person who took our order and identified himself as the OWNER was just so RUDE and disrespectful to me (taking my order over the phone) I canceled my order on the spot. Because of this incident we will NEVER order from Crusty's again.

I used to get great pizza at Crustys in Fenelon falls. Last 2 in April were not good. Skimped on the toppings hardly any cheese. Used to be good. If I wanted a thin mousey pizza is save 10 dollars and get frozen. There's not much difference.

Show up on a Tuesday and take advantage of their $2 special for a slice. Britt and Harley are great, get your order right every time. Busy little place in a beautiful small town. A must try pizza if you're in the area.

Well, That's the last time we order from Crusty Pizza in Beaverton. Ordered two pizzas told it would be "about an hour for delivery, fine they usually get here faster.
Call them at 1.5 hours asking for update, "well, we told you it would be an hour and a half", no actually you didn't, we can make one faster than that.
Done with you.
