We stayed here a full day at one of the gazebo's and enjoyed an extensive lunch here. And... it was great. Nice and relaxing atmosphere, with a really great restaurant with very attentive staff and a manager who sees and oversees ... everything ;-) Overall...a great experience and we will definitely return next week.More

My family and I had a great time at Posto Nove. The facilities are excellent!! The food was great but it came somehow late.

We spent a wonderful day at the beach in Campo Marino. After leaving we decided to have dinner in the numero 9 restaurant. A very good decision we ordered wonderful seafood dishes and had a quieter evening directly by the beach . The prices are...ok for the quality of food and location . The waiters could be a bit more attentive. And......I would go there again . RainerMore

Went there on a somewhat cloudy day in June, so it was not at all crowded. Staff was nice enough. Your standard beach chairs with umbrella on a nice stretch of beach. They have a decent restaurant behind the beach area. We had some good...seafood pasta and a cold beer.More

Right on the beach makes for a beautiful setting. The food was good not excellent as we have had better on our trip. Great place to spend the day if you are wanting a beach club environment.

We visited this beach club a few times while staying nearby at Masseria Le Fabriche and always got a warm welcome - including being prewarned to book ahead for the forthcoming Sunday. We did and while it was absolutely full it was a great atmosphere...and didn't feel it. Umbrellas and sunbeds in three rows on the sand but smoothed out rock take you into the water. Shallow for quite a way out. Eat each time at the restaurnat - fritto misto, risotto, vongole - and lobster and fresh fish, oysters, mussels available to choose. Great place to go.More

We spent an afternoon at this beach after touring Oria in the morning and had a nice simple lunch before relaxing on their beach. The owners are very friendly and gracious...we were there on their last day officially open for the season. The water is...so clean and clear with every shade of blue!More

Actually this is a quite cute place, where you can rent the umbrella and the beds. perfect place for a calm relaxation. Moreover, you can order here prosecco, beer, some snacks like rustico (was really good), frittura. Frittura I guess is the best what they...cook here. The main courses are so so. We've been here for a wedding. It is kinda an ambition to be a luxury place, but they are far from it. The risotto was poor with its flavour, the fish I didn't eat even a half of a peace (I adore fish and always finish it if it's tasty). Here no. We also got not very positive feedbacks from our friends regarding their cusine. The prices are high. So come here to spend the day near the sea. This is it.More

Reeading the previous comments ; I was somehow anxious about the dinner , a friend of mine organized at Posto9. The location is simply stunning, so it is the decor and the furnishing of the beach club. Gaetano the chief, is a one of a...kind, and its attitude is a perfect mix of mediterranean flair and intuitivity. Staff is efficient and well prepared, maybe not the most smiling in the world, but in this part of Italy it is not so uncommon . Table booked and table ready perfectly on time . Gaetano serves only perfect fish and with us , all his promises were made true, a real outstanding experience, with raw Gallipoli prawns ( we took even a second round ) so delicious sweet , pasta (not a huge portion ) still great quality of pasta perfectly cooked and served with fish , lovely. The salt crusted fresh bream fish was decadently perfect . Posto) has a great wine list , and a really serious selection of bubbles. A perfect dinnerand to finish it perfectly we took a bottle of one of his best champagne and we sat under the gazebo , in front of the sea, staring at a perfect summer night Thanks Posto9, thanks Gaetano , I have been happy to pay for what i gotMore

Very nice place which is the same time a private beach and a restaurant. Restaurant is good, cosy, with good choice of wine, fish and seafood.

Average-poor kitchen... overpriced... I had a tuna carpaccio and a pasta with sea food. The tuna was not fresh, probably deeply frozen. The fish was hard and chewy. As a main course I had a pasta with sea food. I like pasta "al dente" but...in this case it was not properly coocked... tiny amount of fish. In overall the quantity was ridicously small... kid quantity. In a nutshel... do not waste your money here... it is a tourist trap... overpriced and of poor quality. Service is in line with the food.More

What a find! We live in the Valle d'Itria, Puglia and went to seek out the perfect beach location on the Ionian coast of the Salento ...near enough for a day visit from the Trulli and whitewashed hill towns of the Valle d'Itria for a...daytrip. We hoped for whitewashed wood, golden sand, turquoise seas, and a barefoot vibe, with perhaps some quiet chill-out music and a glass or two of crisp Puglian white wine. We found all of this, and more, at Giancarlo & Gaetano's stunning "Lido"...Posto 9 near Campomarino. The atmosphere is of complete "relax" as they say here in Puglia. The structure are of white painted wood, the decor paired-down chic, the welcome warm and the sea azure and inviting. The extra is a restaurant ...the perfect way to while away the day. It is close to the chic masseria that are springing up in this area of vineyards and olive groves, including the stunning Masseria Potenti. It is reachable from so many Puglian destinations. It is a place to come, stick your toe in the Ionian Sea, lie back on your lettino under your ombrello and wash away the cares of the world with a crisp glass of Fiano from a local producer in the Salento...or two???More

We visited at the beginning of the 2016 season and were hoping to spend the day. So we got sunbeds and everything. The beach is nothing special - rather rocky. Then we went for lunch. To start with something positive, the place has the whole...white design thing going, relatively cool. Unfortunately lunch was a disaster. The waiters seemed to have no experience whatsoever. Took more than an hour for our food to arrive. We got the mixed appetizers - however we got the main dish exactly 1 minute after the last part of the appetizers had arrived, so no time to even eat let alone enjoy that. I guess we were still better off than some. The table next to us hadn't even gotten the menu after 45 minutes. Ridiculous... We left right after lunch as our experience at this place had been ruined.More

What a lovely surprise our first day in Maruggio when we found Posto 9. We went back often during our holiday. The beach is beautiful and great to swim in. The water is clear and you see lots of tiny fish. It's a family beach....Comfy loungers and big umbrellas to rent. The bar has great coffee and friendly service. The restaurant is perfect for lunch. So convenient to pop up from the beach for a tasty lunch. The food was really of a high quality and as we were a group we tried quite a few things on the menu. Pasta was awesome, tasty octopus, fresh oysters, salad and mussels to die for. On the weekend the service was a bit slower than the week but we didn't mind. We were on holiday and we just enjoyed the vibe and view if we had to wait a little.More
