We would highly recommend this beach club! In all the buzz of Tulum beach, this is a place where you can feel at ease and forget about everything else. Music is not too loud and the minimum spend is reasonable. We forgot our bag and came back the next day. The bartender (Roberto) recognized us immediately and gave everything back without anything missing. Good cocktails, nice food and staff!

White sand, inspired cocktails, and superior seafood options. I was initially disappointed when the lobster was not available, but Joaquin directed us to the Mayan Style Prawns. Grilled vegetables accompanied some of the largest shrimp I’ve ever encountered. The flavor was out of this world. Thanks for the recommendation Joaquin! Overall a top notch experience.

My friends and I went to Coco Tulum for their beach club. Our waiter Joaquin was very kind and gave us recommendations for food and drink, which did not disappoint. The fish tacos were delicious and the ceviche was so fresh!!! The view was also really pretty and aesthetic for photos. Would definitely recommend.

Strange visit all around that makes it feel like you're being scammed the whole time. Upon arrival, we were initially given 2 different prices (minimum spend $) for the beach club visitors. The overall look of the hotel & club is very pretty. All white. Clean. Once comfortable, we were given a menu, of which many items we were not allowed to order. It seemed like it wasn't a supply chain issue, but rather a "You're at the beach club, this menu is mostly for the hotel. Good Luck." The drinks that we were allowed to order were fine. Time for lunch. For lunch, we moved to the beach club restaurant to sit at a table. It seemed like we were only allowed to order pizza, as all other tables had only pizza too. We order the pizza. Turns out the pizza is from a 3rd party, not affiliated with CoCo at all. They don't make it, deliver it, etc. Because of this, they want direct payment for the pizza immediately. As soon as the pizza is placed on your table before you open the pizza box, you pay. And they automatically add a tip, not for CoCo, but for the pizza? It's the only place we were forced to tip just for buying an item without receiving any service at all from that company. Odd. We finish the meal and now have to pay for our drinks, on a separate check, with a separate forced tip. Odd. Not to mention, the food we ordered wouldn't count in our "minimum spend," as it was from a 3rd party that CoCo supplied and didn't tell us about until after. Everything was odd. Everything felt mischievous. I would ask 100 questions before I returned...which is hard to do, as many of us are international tourists.
The beach itself was fine. A normal beach with sargassum seaweed just like all other Tulum Beach hotels during low season.

This place is over hyped. They didn’t have basic drinks, including a pina colada. The level of service felt like it was dependent on how much they thought you were going to spend. I had to go up and get my drinks twice. The server asked for tip in cash, (which I gave him) and then left the tip on the bill also. Just felt very dishonest and not a nice place to be. Way too much algae and the sun beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Wouldn’t go again. Try the hip hotel or ziggys instead!

My husband and I went to Coco beach for lunch, it was amazing!!! The best part was having a couples massage at the resort, Gerardo & Victoria were AMAZING!!! We both make a point where ever we travel to have a massage, this by far exceeded any massage we’ve ever had, the ambiance/subtle music/burning scent/oils were perfect but the Holistic massage technique sent us to another place, we were floating when we left, if you have the chance please book, you won’t regret it

Very bad place you can to go to . Service minus 1, when you tip them they raise the tip with 10% after talking to the manager it’s miscommunication and they return your money in cash this happend twice, at 17.25 a guy of security walks by to tell you the leave immediately (?) this after spending a lot of money …. Avoid this place, there are so many better beachbars in Tulum.

Visited the beach club as we were staying at the sister (Coco Hacienda) hotel in town. As guests of the hotel we had a lower minimum spend -$35 instead of $50- but the prices of food and especially drinks were so high we racked it up pretty quickly. I don’t mind spending money but when you come from London and you think things are over priced then that’s a bad start. Paying £50 for wines you see in a corner shop… Our server was very friendly and a great guy but at the end when I paid the bill he was super pushy for me to add a tip, hovering over my shoulder while I did so. Bare in mind a service was already added to the bill. It was a nice chilled spot but ruined for us by how much of a rip off and how conceited it all was.

We stayed next door to Coco for a week. Pablo was so helpful and welcoming. He took care of us all week. Some days just drinks and some days just food. 10/10 some of the best and most hospitable service we received while in Tulum. If you go there ask for Pablo he really was a professional every time we needed anything.

Joaquin at Coco tulum provided excellent service! He spoke Spanish and English and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable, even offered us tequila to taste on the house. Nice lounge beds and bathroom. Highly recommend coco tulum!

Victor is what made this experience so great. Even though we didn’t stay at Coco, Victor made us feel like we were at home. He’s funny, quick on his feet, and loves giving people exactly what they want. Besides Victor’s 5 star service, we found the food and drinks phenomenal. The music and atmosphere is relaxing and they work hard to keep the beach clean.

This whole place has amazing service. My husband and I stayed for 9 days and seriously the staff actually care about you, it's not phony or pushy...they truly just understand good customer service. I mentioned to the club manager Mario that I had a less than ideal interaction with a security person (not a huge deal, the guy was new and it was just a failure to communicate properly, most likely attributed to a language barrier honestly) but Mario went above and beyond to correct the situation. Our beach server Jesus eliezer was hilarious and SUPER attentive, but not in an annoying way whatsoever. These people are seriously the best. We've been to many beach clubs in the past in Mexico and this one stands out. Stay here, you won't regret it.

Had a fantastic time hanging out at the Coco Beach Bar. The view was spectacular and the food and drinks were top tier. Our waiter Joaquin gave great recommendations and was prompt to serve us when the drinks were low. What a unique spot! Until next time, cheers!

We visited as a premature celebration of our wedding and Victor was amazing. He kept our drinks coming and provided fast and amazing service. I’ve always wanted to visit this beach club and having Victor as our waiter made the experience so memorable. Gracias por todo Victor!

We spent the better part of a week here and have nothing but praise for the guys, especially Paulo.
Very attentive and courteous, also helping us out with tips on where to go for trips and restaurants in the area.
Cudos to the hotel to have staff like that 👌
Also this is easily the best part of tulum beach.
