Great restaurant, serving traditional cuisine from Piedmont in a beautiful sun-kissed mountain setting! The €30 fixed menu (to include cover charge, bread, water, wine coffee and digestif) is delicious and the perfect complement to some of the most beautiful mountains you can find, topped by the Monviso and the source of the River Po. On a brilliant day, we sat for lunch. We were positively surprised. The appetizers were excellent and creative with local products, main entree very well done. For dessert we wished we had not eaten as much before.... Save some space. Local cheeses served were an experience capped off with a after meal 'licquore' made of genepi....a treat. Simple but comfortable, isolated and very calm, good food and excellent coffe. Owners very kind and welcoming. Mountain guides love to be there.

Wow............the food, service and that spectacular view!! Best lunch we have had on our eight trips to Italy. Tipica cheeses, mushrooms, the best sausage I've ever had and of course............Polenta. (Not forgetting the great red wine!)

This place has an incredible location. We spent one night having lunch and dinner. considering that their menu is very limited and obviously dominated by polenta, we were offered a different dinner menu (butter and herbs agnolotti were superb).
