Absolutely appalling customer service. We were kept waiting at the entrance for nearly 5 minutes without the hint of any acknowledgement. When a female, with a face like thunder, finally approached us we were less than impressed with her attitude. She didn't greet us in...More

We had called in and booked a table for two on Sat evening. When we arrived, we just had to queue with everyone else, but in fairness it was probably not more than 10 minutes. I explained that we had a reservation, but he didn't...More

Me and my partner were keen to try this restaurant. We've walked past lots of times and never tried it. When we decided to give it a go we were kept waiting to be seated for about 3 minutes even though two members of staff...More

The vegan pizzas were beautiful. My girlfriend ordered a spaghetti, which to be honest was awful. We told the waiter Samuel, who was very friendly and helpful and he swapped it for another Pizza. I am very happy with the service we received and would...More

Service and food - poor. Waited 45 minutes for a burnt pizza. Not impressed. Especially when we had to point out the pizza was obviously charcoal and any decent kitchen would never have served it. Their second attempt was better but by this point the...More

Admittedly, I had low-ish expectations. A rainy night eating alone at the Trafford Centre doesn’t exactly feature in my bucket list...but... Anywhere, just anywhere, can be brightened by the people who work there, and Paul was simply an exceptional professional - not just with me,...More

Customer service was 1star, I felt a bit of racism too, as we were all different nationalities. Felt that I was rushed when I was ordering my food and my friends were treated the same. Good thing that the food was acceptable. A bit of...More

We were greeted by Jason, who introduced himself as one of the managers at the restaurant. He was a delight to meet, very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful indeed. Always had a smile of his face and full of energy. Nothing was too much trouble....More

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Less than 5 minutes from the nearest transport link, our Trafford Centre Zizzi is located right in the heart of the UK’s second largest shopping centre. The great thing about being in a shopping centre? Even when it’s raining outside, it’s dry in our “outdoor seating” area. Not to mention the ample parking provided by the centre. Our newest Manchester restaurant pulls its design ideas from the city’s roots as a centre of the cotton trade. The inspiration can be seen around the restaurant in the form of vintage thread and bobbin spools and cleverly recessed lights. It’s a lovely setting when you’re looking for a break from the busy shopping centre and if you decide to have a glass of wine or two, we won’t tell!
