What a great local place to eat. We were searching for a place close to our cabin to get a decent dinner . Our order was the fish special and chicken strips . The fish was lightly breaded , not greasy and the French fries were freshly cooked . The chicken was tender and cooked perfectly. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the place is spotless . We will be back!

Amazing burgers and awesome service! Great new owners 😊 definitely not a fan of the coated crispy fries that everyone is serving now and do give you a huge pile but a total waste as I wont eat them. They must must be cheaper and I get that but please serve real fries.

A nice addition to the town of Wabumum

This restaurant has new owners and the menu has expanded a lot. We had mushroom cheese burgers with a shared order of fries and gravy. ..The food was good and the new owners were friendly and attentive to our dietary needs. Definitely will go back.

Food was really good but there was a mistake with our credit card which took off a portion of the bill. They said they returned the amount to the card and we paid full balance with different card. Come home and realize that the first amount which they said was returned was not and have called numerous times ove 2 weeks and nobody has called me back. $100 might not be much to some people but $100 is nothing to just let go and have nobody call you back. Not impressed

Sunday morning breakfast

First of all it should be noted that we have a seasonal lot and boat slip in town at the marina and tv park, but as it’s winter we were staying at the Lakeside inn this time as we were attending a couple Christmas functions Saturday and Sunday. Walked over after checking out of our hotel room. We knew there were new owners since summer, and we had a bit of time before our next function so this was convenient. Wife had the standard breakfast of eggs and sausage and toast and hash browns. Said everything was very good. I had the donair omelette with same side. Also very good. Much needed coffee was hot and refilled regularly. Met the new owners and they seem very nice. Def see us going back in the summer. Easy to recommend for a bite if in town.

Good for breakfast for certain

we have a summer place in Wab, so visit here a few times a summer. usually do breakfasts, and more often take out back to our place, more so with current state of social distancing and the like wife likes the breakfast sandwiches on croissants....the BLT is good also, but my favorite personally is the Club House. small town charm and tasty food, fresh baking and daily specials. easy to recommend.

Breaking COVID MASK RULES !

Been of course we don’t get out anymore to socialize.. my friend and I decided to meet at Jingles for lunch. Big mistake.. our food was only what we would rate as adequate.. but what was the most disgusting and disturbing was both the ladies in the restaurant that were working or not wearing masks ..they were hanging off their ears! Sooo ..The ruling is wear your mask when you are working ! obviously a big no-no in the Covid rules.. so for this reason my friend and I will never be back! And to the two ladies of which I speak.. I hope they read this ! WAUB is not a large place so negative comments like mine has a big impact on a small community such as this one .. also you never know when one of your customers will be a health inspector looking for the employees that are breaking Covid rules... right?

Good diner in the old Wabamun hardware store. Fresh homemade food in a really quirky setting, surrounded by antiques, bric-a-brac & memorabilia & run by the sweetest folk you can meet- hope the place keeps going in these trying times
