Hibernia was a lovely experience. The rumors are true, Mary Pat is a fabulous hostess. I asked about the villa they rent out and she gave us some information and said if we were interested she would be happy to email us some photos and more details....More

Dined on a Thursday evening. The restaurant is beautifully deco with art and artifacts for sale. Food is delicious. Seafood is excellent. Standouts are smoked fish, Thai chicken soup, and seafood casserole. Wine are overpriced so we skipped that and dessert doesn’t have great options....More

Perhaps the most expensive restaurant on Anguilla. Dinner with wine will run well into the two hundred dollar range for 2. BUT it is worth it! A true 5 star restaurant.

Unique setting - really great service and delicious food! It’s one of those special tucked away places that doesn’t disappoint. There are beautiful antiques for sale, as well. Very special pieces. Everything was delicious from the seafood chowder to the filet mignon, but the homemade...More

Being a lover of all things spicy, I was so looking forward to the spicy crayfish ‘casserole’ dish. Much to my dissatisfaction, I received a bowl of rice noodles with a side of crayfish soup. The broth could in no way adhere to the cooked...More

A beautiful restaurant with wonderful wines. The foie gras is the best. Even beats Brittany. The Wahoo rules and our fushaterian son loved the spicy Thai local fish in broth. We come here every year. It is truly worth every penny. Also the downstsirs gallery...More

I can't say enough about how good the food was. We had never ventured to Hibernia because we thought we wouldn't like the menu. Boy were we wrong. On of the best meals ever, anywhere. So good we went back a second time. The food,...More

When you have wine and culinary experts influenced by Asian culture and French cuisine combining their passions, you have Hibernia. Collected artifacts from around the world adorn the intimate dining space with limited seating and sensational cliff edge dining views. Dishes are creative and excellently...More

All major cards are accepted. If it's something other than VISA, MasterCard or American Express you can ask the restaurant. Whatever you have you'll find the dining experience well worth the expense.
