This restaurant is locatet acros the street from the very popular mirrador Virgin view over to citars in the Valley and the Lake however du not eat there unless you want to have a real bad stomach infection. The Place looked good the service was...fine but the food turned out to be a real bacterial bomb. We were staying in the b&b down the road called rinconcito verde and where walking up the very steam road to Restaurant Rinconcito Azul and I ordered a chicken Gordon bleu. I should have been warned before I sat my teeth in it it came to quickly to have been done that day. It was heated I a microwave also it was covered in a white undetectable sauce but most of all apx 2 hours after eating I had the most severe stomach infection with fever diarrhea and constantly throug up emptying my stomach for the next 48 hours. Best advise stay away from that restaurant. Sorry normally I would never write such a recomendation but this time ohh I got so ill and still are , and nobody deserves to have endangered their health by ordering foodMore

Had a lunch and dinner at this place. Plenty of choices on their menu. Good price and nice service. Although our orders came seperatly I can recommend this restaurant. Nice view over a Coffee plantation.

The restaurant is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately, my food was a miss. I ordered the chicken cordon bleu with plátanos maduros instead of fries. When my food finally came out, it was served with roasted potatoes and no plátanos. I was a little put...off but deemed it as a simple mistake- no big deal. We let our server know and she immediately let the kitchen know. THEN I cut into my chicken and the inside was raw. I'm not talking a little raw, the entire inside of the cordon bleu was flesh raw. Sent the food back obviously....they offered to cook me something else but I had to decline as I was appalled at this point. Never in my life have I been served a raw piece of meat. No one from the kitchen came to apologize. I gave the review 2 stars instead of 1 because my boyfriend's food was quite good.More
