Just as well we arrived early - 12 noon, shortly after it opened - otherwise it would have been hard to find a table. It's a decent size restaurant but filled up quickly and was abuzz with the din of conversation. Tucked away around the...More

Enjoyed a lovely meal with excellent service. I had a beef special and it was amazing. Even though it was probably a bit fancy for us - we were never made to feel unwelcome and the waiter we had took the time to explain the...More

A bustling and busy space, with stereotypic French bistrot décor. The menu contains all the classics, with daily specials to add variety. The oyster bar looked fresh and well apportioned. No shortage of wines to choose from - and of course classic French aperitifs and...More

Nestled in amongst so many other great restaurants Felix serves great food efficiently with a smile. The Earlybird menu (6-8) is great value at $50 for 2 course and $60 for 3. Extensive wine list and knowledgable staff. Loved it

Lovely looking restaurant with great ambience and conveniently located. Clearly a popular choice given the number of patrons for a Monday night. Prices are on the high side and wine is very expensive. The meals we ordered were pretty average for the price but the...More

We recently went to Felix to celebrate Bastille Day with my family of six. Upon arrival, staff were fantastic and apologised for the slight delay in having our table ready. 5 minutes later we were shown to our table. Our waiter Thibaut was absolutely fantastic....More

So varied an experience, we want to return to allow it to improve. Initially seated at a table set for four, we were moved to a two-set table and presented with menus but not without contradiction that we booked four. I had sent an email...More

A hidden gem with a very authentic French feel in food, service and ambience. Hidden away in Ash Street you could think you were in St Germain. The service was attentive and excellent. Great choice of menu - I had the Spatchcock which was juicy...More

The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with

Description
Nestled in Sydney's Ash Street laneway, this elegant bistro’s classic French fare is perfectly matched by an extensive wine list. Felix is affectionately designed as a romantic homage to the quintessential French brasserie. Diners are charmed by its many authentic touches; like walls featuring real Parisian subway tiles, imported French chandeliers, a beautiful pewter bar and food delivered by waiters in traditional long-aprons.
