The cheese souffle was definitely the highlight. Light yet rich with cheese flavour - every mouthful was like a pillow of cheesy goodness in your mouth! We had the chateau briand to share with all the trimmings. It was ok, but in hindsight we should've tried 2 mains. The beef was enough to share for 2, but I had thought... More

The menu and the quality of the food is good with a great decor however the team need to keep track of what is going on. Starter and mains came and went ... however time passed and passed before I thought :obviously they don't want to offer me a dessert menu . I got the attention of waiter to ask... More

A nice dinner with girlfriends, fantastic services, and great food. The cocktails were really nice as well. I had the Duck pie, which was not bad : )

We found this place on Trip advisor and read the good reviews so decided to book. The service was pleasant enough to begin with. The starter of Zucchini Flowers which was on the specials menu at $25 and was incredibly underwhelming - a tiny potion of 4 baby zuccini's totally over priced. We then had to wait a full 50... More

Emphasis on the "experience" because the service was comical but it didn't seem to detract from the enjoyment. Great menu, specials and wine list at a place you somehow don't expect to find where it is. Hats off to TripAdvisor because unless it was highly rated on here I don't imagine I would have ever found it. Good place if... More

From the moment we arrived for dinner, we were greeted by warm, friendly French staff with just the perfect amount of personality to make you feel welcome and eager to enjoy the amazing food and service. Wonderful, authentic French restaurant in every way (and I have dined in France), great wine list, incredible cheese soufflé and Crème brûlée. I can't... More

My husband and I went for a romantic dinner at Claires Kitchen and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service was excellent, all waiters were French who spoke good English, they were very attentive and efficient, nothing was a problem. The food was wonderful, both our mains and entrees were of decent size and extremely tasty. My husbands lamb was cooked... More

Beautiful décor, welcoming and friendly French staff. Delicious food. Oxford Street was experiencing a massive brownout at the time, but fans were provided and the staff remained calm and professional, and the ambience was maintained. Service, cocktails and food were excellent. We will definitely return.

What a beautiful little gem this place is! Overall a French bistro feel, with delicious French cuisine! Most of the staff can speak French and this adds to this place atmosphere and originality. Definite worth a visit if you are in Darlinghurst. There is street parking, otherwise I saw a few busses pass by this venue. Le beautiful! (Sorry I... More

Description
Claire's Kitchen is the new venture of French born Marc Kuzma AKA Claire de Lune. After 6 years running Slide (hint: just next door and sister business) Marc is bringing a little French style to the Paris end of Oxford street. Marc has created a traditional French Brasserie menu with a few modern twists. Claire has decorated the venue with fabulous imported wall papers, antiques and chic furniture. She has hand picked a team of charming professional french waiters and waitresses... Upstairs is le salon, a cosy cocktail party space you can reserve exclusively for 30 to 80 guests.
