Berta has innovative modern Italian food and fabulous Italian wine. With so much to choose from - we went with the chef's degustation which was a good way of trying a few things. Similarly with the wine by the glass to try a few of...More

Love the food at this place which seems to have a seasonal menu. I had the black brook trout with popping roe, fennel and radish. My wife had the herb crusted sardines which I tried and was also delicious.

It's a little hard to find this hidden jem on the dark narrow alley of Berta Street. I managed to find the small glass door to this restaurant located between a big main building door and the restaurant façade which was all dark covered. The...More

This intimate busy Sydney eatery is a real find. Part or the modern stylish cosmopolitan Sydney scene it pays homage to its Italian roots but its offerings are more influenced by the quality produce available in this city. Food is made to be shared and...More

Received a recommendation of friends who lived in Sydney and they were right. Not easy to find but really enjoyed it. Every day a different menu so never dull. The beers and wines were great as were the dishes.

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
