Great location, right in the heart of the corporate hub of the city. Food was okay but lacking a bit of punch in their flavours, however we did go on Wednesdays which meant all their food items were half price! - so for the price we paid, we were well fed. Unfortunately sangrias aren't sold in a jug :( The... More

The food here is pretty good but over priced for what it is. We ordered a meat platter and it only comes with a couple of pieces of bread. When we asked for more we were told we couldn't have any unless we paid an extra $12! Not great service for a meal which cost $144 for tapas and a... More

This place is tapas bar, however, I came for a coffee and I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was a full bodied great coffee with dark chocolate taste to it. The milk was made to perfection, great texture.

My partner and I came across this place for lunch, ordered Grilled King Prawns, and they looked and tasted like they just came out from frozen packets. Agreed with Eric T, terrible and overpriced food.

Very disappointed with the dining experience. The wait staff were to busy paying attention to what is happening on the streets that attending to the patrons. The food was terrible and overpriced. Questionable on the freshness of the produce.

Great selection of tapas to suit all tastes but that is all the positives I can say. The wines were watered down (a wine I know well) and the staff were too busy admire themselves in the mirror or eyeing off the men in the street to provide good service. The only exception was a young American girl. Not a... More

Walked in without a reservation on a Friday evening and the staff were very accommodating finding a space for us. The restaurant has an open feel due to the open doors and outdoor seating, however there is a romantic atmosphere with low-lighting and candles. Wine bottles line the walls and there is a bar area for drinking and nibbles. We... More

Stopped in for a bite. Ordered the pumpkin/beetroot dish. It was very good. Also had the red sangria and enjoyed that as well. The décor was very nice and service was good. I actually left a bag behind and they saved it for me.

Tapas at Barrafina were on the expensive side, as you would pay for a main but with tapas portion. Food was very good although I thought the sauces a bit overpowering. The service was also good for a busy night and our waitress congenial.

Look they say go with an open mind. A work colleague recommended that this tapas was a regular haunt. Good food and so i figured why not. We reserved a table and well the first mistake was ordering a salt water type beer. Mistake 1. We ordered a wide variety of dishes, what can i say except was ok. Flavours... More
