This pub is awesome - has a really great friendly vibe. And locals also have their own mug! It's not very big, but has a great area out the back with games consoles, jenga and darts. Would definitely recommend for a drink nearby. The pub quiz on Wednesdays is good too!

We had a bad experience. Booked on-line but this was not recognised, so no seats available. We stood for 10 minutes and had a beer but the margerritta and presented all wrong. We waiting for Mexican type food but said we were in a rush as we were going to the theatre. Food came but nowhere to eat it, mix... More

Like your food deep fried and dry as an old boot? You're in luck. Here for the Wednesday night quiz? Sorry, maybe next week. I recommend you take a short stroll down to Blacksmith on Chalmers street. It's the same vibe, run by people who know what they're doing.

Nice beers, great atmospheres and decor, though quite expensive. The food menu is very limited. Ok for one or two drinks.

Went here for dinner to catch up with some of my friends. We were half an hour late for our booking but they still had a table for us (if our booking was later I'm not sure that would have still been the case). The meal came relatively quickly but one of our sides was not brought to us. When... More

Our favourite bar in Sydney! Ever since the first day we walked in we we have felt like locals. Friendliest staff, huge drinks collection and warm atmosphere. We love the wanderer!!

Food ok for a quick bar tea. Drinks on the expensive side - no "deals" when we were in - early evening so would have expected some. Toilets were dreadful. If I had used it before ordering the food I would never have eaten here. If a place is happy that you see such a dirty mess - what are... More

I came here as part of a Saturday afternoon bar crawl, as you walk in you see that it's quite narrow and immediately I smiled, I love this type of bar. It was only about 5pm so wasn't busy, service was very good, and wine was tasty. Will definitely be returning on a Friday or Saturday night

I almost don't want to write a review of this place and encourage more people to come. This is a really lovely little out of the way bar with lovely atmosphere and really nice bar staff. It's not really a place to go and party, but somewhere you go if you want a few quiet beers/wine with a mate after... More
