Came here for my cousin's birthday dinner. The service was friendly and helpful, and the food was well prepared and presented. The portion sizes seemed small, but left us feeling full. It's not a cheap evening once you order starters and sides, but it's worth it for great quality food. A nice location too - right on Bondi beach.

We had an early dinner here after a long coast walk. Nice views of the beach. Service was good. Toilets are down some stairs. I enjoyed a sushi and sashimi set. Very tasty. Miso soup could have been hotter. Wasabi could have been a bit stronger. Would go again.

I've been to House of Soy in Bondi a handful of times in recent years and the food and service is always very good. One can't complain if they enjoy Asahi on tap and it would be wrong of me to say that the ambience of this venue is quiet and content. It's anything but. A buzzing young trendy crowd,... More

You are paying for a view here, but the fish is very fresh as is the Pork Gyoza (tastes freshly made as opposed to the frozen variety). Good sized portions of sushi rolls (you must try the Spicy Tuna Roll). Service is a little cold, but efficient. Reliable, authentic Japanese right on the beach which is mainly filled with modern...
