The worst Japanese restaurant we've ever come across in Sydney! First, we were shocked by the arrogant attitude of the manager / owner when we asked if we could have a table by the window. We ordered the course called 'Taste of Shiki'. Not only...More

We enjoyed a very pleasant meal here in a private tatami room. The quality of the sashimi in particular was outstanding and the rest of the meal was very good. Service was friendly and attentive but, as is to be expected in heavily touristed The...More

Thank you very much for dinning at Shiki 😊

In April we had a wonderful meal at the Shiki Restaurant. It was packed though they kindly found us a table after a short wait that wasn't a problem as we had time to enjoy a drink and watch the staff and customers. The staff...More

Traditional Japanese food with more than a touch of elegance. Warm atmosphere and perfect service. I recommend the set degustation menu which changes every month for dinner (you may need to book ahead for this).

Went here today on the recommendation of a friend and we had a fantastic lunch. I wouldn't consider myself a sushi expert but I thought it was out of this world. Service was really attentive and helpful. We arrived early for lunch so we were...More

We were given an absolutely prime corner window table even though we had not booked ahead. The seared cod and the wagyu beef we cooked ourselves on a salt cake were rich, delicious, and beautifully presented. I recommend Shiki for a night out to anyone...More

Nice lunch in a semi secluded area of the restaurant easy discussion without too much noise from other diners - the layout allows diners to be separated. Restaurant is in The Rocks so well positioned in a small block of shops in a historic area....More

The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and

Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi
