Service was welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent and the setting makes you feel like it is a real treat...overlooking the magnificent opera house and harbour bridge too. What a great way to end our Sydney visit!

From the moment we walked in the door the service was very attentive. We were made to feel welcome. The cocktails were very nice (not wishy washy as can be the case at some places). The food was lovely and the presentation was lovely, food portions were perfect. We had the three courses and were really happy with the selection... More

It costs an arm and a leg, but it has no taste. It has 100 ingredients and looks great, but you struggle to finish any of the degustation dishes. You wish that you would go for a burger or a pizza across the road. The view is legendary (if you are not behind the column) and the service is business-like... More

As a special celebration - two big birthdays - we decided to treat ourselves and revisit Aria. The menu was extensive and the only problem was choosing which dish to select. You know a meal has been excellent when people are unable to choose which was their favourite dish at the end of the meal because all were delicious. I... More

After having tried the degustation / tasting menu at around $300 per head , I was left very disappointed. To add insult to injury , I had absolutely no response after sitting down and writing the following email to the restaurant To whom it may concern; I am writing to express my disappointment in our dining experience at Aria Sydney... We’ve dined at Aria several times previously; the menu and presentation have always been very good to exceptional and well deserving of its reputation. This time was no exception. The location right next to the Opera House looking out to the Harbour Bridge is always special. I have to give a special mention to the Sommelier. He gave excellent suggestions... More

Dined here with a friend in April, and unfortunately was disappointed. We were left with menus for over 10mins without being offered drinks. Although the food was ok, again we were left for long periods with out service. The restaurant was very quiet. Not the experience I would have expected from ARIA.

Went to ARIA for my birthday last year, was a memorable moment. The food is excellent, service is impeccable and the view is to die for. Not cheap.

Our evening was exceptional all dishes were presented really well and all looked works of art as well as tasting exquisite. It was a great experience and all staff were welcoming and professional. Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
