After walking all morning I was in need of some good food and a rest. I was pleased with my choice of cafe in this busy area. Delightful staff and good food.

Stopped in for breakfast on St Patricks Day morning. Interesting small cafe but with additional seating upper - handled clients well. Staff was very friendly, greet folks at the doorway, facility was clean. Food was excellent .. prices typical for area.

Stopped for a coffee and couldn't resist a slice of the gorgeous cake on display. Oh what a choice, all looked wonderful and 'looks didn't disappoint' . Generous slice with cream and ice cream, yummy. Lovely staff, rather an old fashioned coffe shop with seating outside too. Good coffee and a perfect stop off whilst exploring the area.

Went there because of the nice records in TripAdvisor and was not disappointed at all. The kangaroo was perfect cooked and well accompanied by one glass of Shiraz vine. Desert was nice, don't miss it. A good place to enjoy tasty food.

We had a lovely lunch here after climbing the bridge. The Cauliflower pakora was really delicious and the fish & chips was also excellent. Staff were lovely too. Definitely worth visiting this one !

Came here back in November last year, late at night and even though they were closing, the staff still invited my wife and I in no problem. They even cooked what ever we wanted off the menu. After the poor service we received today at lunch at another venue causing us to walk out, I said to the wife "let's... More

They have a fabulous selection of cakes also if you fancy something sweet in the afternoon with a cup of tea. I believe they do lunch also which looked... More

Staying in The Rocks

Neighbourhood Profile
The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
