I suggest that you make a reservation at 5pm and enjoy the sunset view while having early dinner. Their selection is wide, dishes are delicious and the view is really spectacular especially at this time.

As part of my birthday celebrations, I chose to go to the 360 Bar and Dining for dinner mainly for the gimmick of having dinner within a revolving restaurant. To my amazement, the food that was served was top notch (having chosen the 3 course...More

We had an outstanding dinner at 360 Bar and Dining (at the restaurant), with exemplary service, an awesome ambiance, and very good food. It is a tad bit of an ordeal to get up the elevator to the dining room but once there, it is...More

Had expected poorer quality food due to location but was surprised with quality. Especially the waygu beef which was great. Only downsides are wait to get up if you don't have a reservation (it can take them 10 minutes to "set a table") and the...More

The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

Best to check with the restaurant. If they were open Christmas lunch I expect it would be a set menu and require prepayment like they do for other events such as Mother's Day etc.
