Small Sushi place with counter seating and a couple of tables with bench seating. All plates $3.30 and a reasonable selection including sashimi tuna. Friendly and attentive service. Get there a bit earlier than usual as it fills fast. All plates we had were fresh.

These conveyor style restaurants need a good turnover of hungry customers to ensure that the food stays fresh. Thankfully, Sushi Train has that. Sushi Train has a run of the mill menu and looks-wise is nothing to write home about, but for freshness and quality it is an above average sushi venue. Good prices too.

Always found friendly service here.. The stools you sit on are a bit hard but you can tolerate them for the time you are there. Sushi was fresh and delicious. This shop is in the entrance to the Oxfod Square Shopping mallnon Oxford Street.

It's always a good start when you enter a sushi place and all the staff greet you. Makes you feel like you are in Japan. The Oxford Sushi Train is very small so you will have to fight for a place. All plates are $3.50, so you won't get the typical luxury plates, but the selection was still good. I'll... More

One of the cheapest and best of this chain. High volume turn over and diverse selections of plates all at a single price of $3:50. Excellent value. Also had menu kitchen items.

We visited this Sushi Train twice over two days, it has a nice communal atmosphere and the food is great. Service was prompt and friendly, I would return!

I'm pretty much a regular at Sushi Train Oxford Square/Oxford Street underneath the fitness first. Firstly they are real Japanese and very friendly always happy to help and the food tastes amazing as well! Inexpensive bite to eat with each plate at $3.30 even the made to order hand rolls. One of my favourites has to be the salmon caviar... More

I used to be a huge fan and a very frequent visitor. I have recently found myself visiting much less, its not the staff, they are really great, its the food, its just the same thing all the time, very formulaic and boring. Unfortunately Oxford Square Sushi Train is just not doing it for me any more.

A big turnover of plates and always fresh. At $3:30 for all plates this must be the best value in Sydney. A very varied amount of dishes for both vegetarians and meet eaters. Great value.

Thus lace is great. Always packed. Good selections on the train including sashimi tuna. Nice beef and lots of usually more interesting stuff including (because of the turnover) hot gyoza. BUT on Friday last the usual welcome sang out but the train was empty. I am not interested in thinking about an order and can't be bothered waiting so I... More
