We went here on 04/11/2016 but the location seems to be available for renting, so or the owners moved or the place doesn't exist anymore.

Delicious home cooked Italian food, reasonably priced, fast service, very friendly staff. Book a table because it can get very busy!

I chose to eat here because I found on Google that they offer Mozzarella Sticks. As an American who can find Mozz sticks at almost any restaurant, I was really looking forward to going here. This place made me happy! I had great Mozz sticks and a great pizza. My husband really liked the garlic pizza and he had a... More

We were looking for a reasonably priced meal in Sydney's CBD and stumbled over this place in Liverpool St. The food was great, generous portions of well prepared and presented pasta that I would return for without hesitation. Staff were friendly and the service was attentive and prompt.

Ordered a take away from here on our last night in Sydney. We were staying at the Raddison across the road so it was a easy location for us to walk to. We had a look at the menu online and hubby went across the road to order. Two of the items were no longer on the menu but they... More

We stumbled across the place by accident and we're glad we did. I had a pasta with vegetables and olives that was so fresh and yummy, and my husband had a great pizza. The prices are reasonable, but what distinguishes this restaurant is the freshness of the salads and vegetables. There are probably better pizzas in Sydney, but I can't... More

Stopped here for a quick meal and was not disappointed. Simple, flavoursome Italian food and efficient, friendly service. My partner loved his spicy lamb calzone which was on the specials menu.

Dine in for lunch, 2A+2C. Service was good. Overall food was freshly made but the pizza and garlic prawns were a bit on the salty side. Average value for money worth. It would be 5th or 6th place on my list if I was thinking where I should go to eat.

We always like to drop into Mammas when we visit Sydney. We know we are going to get great pizzas, pasta and sangria! Well we were not disappointed and neither were our guests. Started with the mozzarella sticks, always a favourite then The ricotta & spinach lasagna which is still the best, the meat lovers pizza disappeared in front of... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Tiger-flanked archways on Dixon Street mark the entrance to the “little Asia” of Sydney. A walk through Chinatown is a feast for the senses where aromas, tastes, sounds and visions of dancing tigers transport you to a different world. Chinatown visitors can expect a melting pot of Asian food at the neighbourhood's specialty delis and groceries. From yum cha to handmade noodles, BBQ ducks hanging in the window to Asian sweets and bakeries, there is something for all tastes. Paddy’s Markets is the largest flea market in Sydney where you can find souvenirs, clothing, gifts and fruit and vegetables at unbeatable prices. At night, Chinatown comes alive with entertainment including theatre, nightclubs and bars that are open until the early morning.
