Tasty food and a good salad bar, particularly impressive given its location. Good choice on menu, including 2 vegetarian options. Very friendly staff. Not particularly cheap, but reasonable given the location.

Given its very remote location and the fact that it is the only game on town, it is reasonable value and excellent quality. Casual setting but we had a really nice time. Lamb rump was excellent, steak also very good. Prices are a bit on...More

With a remote location, and few choices, there isn't much reason for a restaurant to try too hard, captive audiences just take what they get. Fortunately, the Outback BBQ and Grill at Kings Canyon does put in some effort. 6 of us ate here, with...More

We ate at the BBQ each night. They cater for vegetarians, vegans etc. The salad bar must be the best in the NT. One of the best meals we hade in the NT. Live music made it a fun meal.

Sorry, there is very little choice in Kings Canyon and this place is not very attractive. The service is, as always, quite good but the music is loud and the atmosphere does not at all reflect the beautiful surroundings...

Outback BBQ provided a great selection of food. I dined with my family who enjoyed their meals and the wonderful environment.

Great staff eager to hello with a quick turn around in orders. A simple menu with steaks well cooked and a reasonably fresh salad bar given the location. Shared tables and drinks from the adjacent bar make for a simple and filling meal.

The perfect way to round off the Kings Canyon rim walk was lunch at the Outback BBQ and Grill. The burgers are large and tasty. They are freshly prepared and well presented. A great way to recharge after the walk. The menu offers other dishes...More

Dinner - 2 Pizzas at $22 each were worse than frozen pizzas soaked in cheese. Breakfast however was extremely good. Really friendly and outwardly helpful waitress. The chef made really tasty scambled eggs.

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
What gluten free options do you have for lunch & dinner? My son is coeliac so its important to avoid cross contamination. Are your staff able to do this (clean utensils, clean gloves, clean prep area etc)
